Yet the disinformation continues. Trump campaign consultant Boris Epshteyn (born in Moscow) told CNN Sunday:

Putin himself admitted in the 2015 Russian documentary 'Crimea: Homeward Bound' that Kremlin forces seized Crimea on his orders:
