Anyone watching the DNC tonight?

Nice to see Barack's tribute to Joe Biden in the beginning of his speech. He is killing it as well. I sure miss the Obamas!

Day 2, and I wasn't going to watch it, but I got caught up in the excitement of the crowd over the roll call. Annnnnndddd...I'm still watching.

I think it's pretty good, what do y'all think?
It's been great since Doug's speech. The speakers before that were boring IMO.

Obama on Trump... "We do not need 4 more years of bluster and bumbling and chaos. We have seen that movie before and we all know that the sequel is usually worse."

About Obama’s speech-

In 2004, the Republicans made history with Zell Miller, the Democrat Senator from Georgia giving a speech for George W. Bush at their convention. People called him a traitor to the Party.

How bad does it have to be for dozens of Republicans to abandon their own nominee and actually campaign for the opposition?

Great night again ! Sanders, Pritzger ( loved the billionaire comment) the Senate candidate from Maryland and of course the Obamas were great. Doug Emhoff was certainly the loving and supportive husband I expected to hear from and the depth of his respect and love for her was evident. Thursday is their 10th anniversary!!! Michelle was my favorite but that young candidates from Maryland really caught my eye, she is dynamite!

And there in lies the problem- Once you hear the final score, it's like...pffft
I'm like you. I couldn't stay up that late two nights in a row. I hit record and watched the Obama's at 5:30 this morning. First thing I saw when I woke up. Same effect. They were great.

And it dramatically increases the chances dems hold on to the senate. Schumer even alluded to this last night. He believes we'll gain a few seats.

A few months ago, Hogan was a shoe in for the win. He's down by 8 points now.
