Watch this, this is local to me, and you can not deny that even here in NJ, there is overwhelming opposition to UHC.

These people are not "plants" or "paid off" by ins co's. You can se thier passion and you can see America at work here.

A few people in a meeting != overwhelming opposition in NJ. Support for Congressional Health Care Reform Falls to New Low - Rasmussen Reports shows a 11 point split, with those opposed over those for the congressional health care plan 53 to 42, which is a significant margin, but hardly "overwhelming". can't find numbers for NJ, but would suspect it is actually closer there.

1. 90% of the people raised thier hands at the end of it. The groudswell is everywhere.

2. From your link:

"Public support for the health care reform plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats has fallen to a new low as just 42% of U.S. voters now favor the plan. That’s down five points from two weeks ago and down eight points from six weeks ago."

Only 42% support it and its dropping. Game is about over for UHC statism.

Again, the people in the meeting are not necessarily representative of the state, or even the city as a whole.

I think it is important to not jump the gun on calling the plan dead. Remember last year when McCain's chance at winning the republican nomination was dead?

This plan now has less support than hillary care. History should be our guide.
