Anyone read the Lost not Stolen report yet?

C'mon man, how do you think Biden beat Trump in 2020?
Clearly by way more the popular vote than DJT with a sizable amount of electoral votes - the same amount that DJT got during the 2016 presidential election. Even with Russian interference during the '16 election campaign, no coup attempt at the Capitol. The clown experienced a peaceful transfer of power.

Probably because more people despised Trump and thought he was an incompetent fool than thought Biden was an addlepated nincompoop.
Even those who were convinced that Biden was an addlepated nincompoop felt he was still a better choice than the lying, immoral narcissist.

I'd go 50/49 that Biden is a worse option than Trump.
🤡

No president in America history is Trump a better option than. This includes Carter and Nixon.
In fact, it is ridiculous to even suggest.

The rest of your post, talking about Obama, is right out of the wing nut 🎪

Why would I need to read that?

Once Mr. Biden was confirmed as President by Congress, it does not matter how the election might have been corrupted. Even if evidence shows up next year, 10 years from now, or whenever...he was elected President.

That does not stop anyone from thinking the process was perverted, twisted, improperly organized, with massive "last minute changes" promulgated by fears of infection during the Covid-19 pandemic.

It also does not stop future generations from discovering all sorts of things that made the results invalid. What's done it done. Can't change the past.

Live with it and move on. :coffee:
What a weird post. Full of passive aggressiveness, misinformation and resent.

Now, I've noticed that this is becoming more and more the stance of Big Lie believers. It goes something like this. "Maybe it was stolen, maybe it wasn't, but we can't do anything about it now. Except try to prevent it from happening again."

Total lunacy.

I'm looking forward to reading the report. Nobody's better at cheating elections more than Civil Rights Leaders and Union Bosses. C'mon man, how do you think Biden beat Trump in 2020?
Biden beat Trump because Trump is an asshole, and...spoiler alert...assholes are annoying.

I predict that we will find little or nothing that would have changed the election results.

Well.

Take lunacy, add 2 parts lunacy, subtract 1 part lunacy then multiply what is left by 3 more parts lunacy then divide that by 1 and for some reason what one ends up with is still total lunacy?

Bit of a pot calling the kettle black, isn't that?

I state clearly that I accept Biden has been legally confirmed by Congress as President. That NOTHING can change that.

The fact that I have a good faith belief there were many, many problems with the election mostly surrounding the collection and processing of mail-in ballots, is not a "refusal to accept the results."

As for any "report" you've provided? I am not going to bother with it.

This because I am already aware of both a Wisconsin investigation (discussed in another thread) which cast doubts on collection of ballots from nursing homes, as well as the NOT "debunked" 2000 Mules movie issue of drop box shenanigans. Then there are my own long-standing concerns over mass-mails balloting which strengthens my doubts.

What's done is done, but that does not mean I have to also accept it was a "fair" election when IMO nothing could be further from the truth.

Come in man, we all need to be better than this. The election was fair, nothing needs fixing or even looking into at this point.

That is nothing but Trump crap.

Was the 2020 Presidential election stolen? No.
Were there errors and irregularities in the process? Yes.
Were the errors and irregularities sufficient to change the results in any state? No.
Did some people 'cheat'? Yes.
Were they mostly Republicans? Yes.

Even those who were convinced that Biden was an addlepated nincompoop felt he was still a better choice than the lying, immoral narcissist.
I would grant that.

He didn't. Trump beat Trump. Biden just had to sit by quietly and let him do it. Biden, the Media, and Trump all shared one thing in common - they wanted 2020 to be a referendum on Trump.

Ignorance is how the cult came to be in the cult. It isn't going to change them, they won't read it, they won't understand it. They made themselves ignorant and stupid.

You're being far too kind to the liars, in the bolded.

In numerical & statistical & practical terms, there was substantively no 'cheating' or 'irregularities' to be had. This was the most audited election ever, and it's been found 100% sound.

I wouldn't give an inch to these liars; screw 'em. What they're doing is dastardly & beyond the pale.

Hi, Chomsky.

Thanks for reading my scribble.

Given the current situation in our federal Congress, where one party loudly proclaims itself the party of 'law and order' and then does all it can to protect its members from the law or, for that matter, any responsibility for anything at all, I see little else to be done but to move on. Thus, the 'Next topic?' line.

Regards, stay safe 'n well. . . . 'n nice to see from you.

Were they mostly Republicans? Yes.

Hi, Jay Falcon.

I've not done an exhaustive survey of those who cheated in the 2020 presidential election and so cannot rationally comment on your statement.

Regards, stay safe 'n well 'n remember the Big 5.

And of course you have incontrovertible evidence for your accusation which nobody else has discovered.

American history books. Used to be required reading in third through twelfth grades when I was growing up.

As I learn more, I realize how much of "American history" is actually more like "American myth"

None of the "great people" were free of vices or failures.

The whole thing was ridiculous. The pathetic part was that some people actually believed it.

If we had this conversation before the election: "Imagine if trump just says the election was stolen and we won". Normal response: "Ridiculous. Everyone knows he's a pathological liar with tens of thousands of lies, he'll just make a fool out of himself and basically no one will even listen." Who knew. It's the one thing we have to hand to trump, somehow his pathetic cons fool millions.

Not everyone is capable of accepting facts they don’t like. Sad.

Can’t “discover” what doesn’t exist.

Anyone supporting the properly, completely debunked 2000 Mules work of fiction directed by Dinesh D'Souza, convicted of campaign finance fraud in 2014, cannot truthfully claim any “good faith belief”.

Dinesh D’Souza Sentenced in Manhattan Federal Court to Five Years of Probation for Campaign Finance Fraud

“Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced today that DINESH D’SOUZA was sentenced in Manhattan federal court to five years of probation, with eight months during the first year to be served in a community confinement center, after having pled guilty to violating the federal campaign election law by making illegal contributions to a United States Senate campaign in the names of others. D’SOUZA was sentenced today before U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman.

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara stated: “Dinesh D’Souza attempted to illegally contribute over $10,000 to a Senate campaign, wilfully undermining the integrity of the campaign finance process. Like many others before him, of all political stripes, he has had to answer for this crime – here with a felony conviction.”

According to the Indictment, prior court filings, and statements made in court:
The Federal Election Campaign Act (the “Election Act”) is designed to limit financial influence in the election of candidates for federal office, including the Office of United States Senator, and provides for the public disclosure of the financing of federal election campaigns. In particular, the Election Act limits the amount and source of money that may be contributed to a federal candidate or that candidate’s authorized campaign committee. The Election Act specifically prohibits any person from making any contribution in the name of another, including reimbursing a third person, before or after that third person’s contribution, as inducement to make that contribution.
In 2012, the Election Act limited campaign contributions to $5,000 from any individual to any one candidate. In March 2012, D’SOUZA contributed $10,000 to the Senate campaign of Wendy Long on behalf of himself and his wife, agreeing in writing to attribute that contribution as $5,000 from his wife and $5,000 from him. In August 2012, D’SOUZA directed other individuals with whom he was associated, namely his assistant and a woman with whom D’SOUZA was romantically involved (the “Straw Donors”), to make contributions to Wendy Long’s campaign for the United States Senate (the “Long Campaign”) on behalf of themselves and their spouses that totaled $20,000 with the promise that he would reimburse them for the contributions. Later that same day or the next day, D’SOUZA, as promised, reimbursed the Straw Donors $10,000 each in cash for the contributions. When confronted by Ms. Long, D’SOUZA initially misled the candidate before admitting what he had done.

During the plea proceeding, D’SOUZA admitted before the Court that he caused two close associates to contribute $10,000 each to the Long Campaign with the understanding that he would reimburse them for their contributions and that he did reimburse them. D’SOUZA also admitted that he knew that what he was doing was wrong and something the law forbids.”
