Any updates on the re-classifying of weed?

I'm curious if somethings happening, because I got an email from the place I bought my vaporizer from, giving a link to a company that will ship weed, edibles, etc. to all 50 states.

Now of course this is still illegal but It says to get on their list before 7/10, so I wonder if something's coming?
 
The only piece of advice you need is not to take legal advice from a drug dealer.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised to read that. But a more trustworthy company won't be shipping it out of state. Not that I need it because I have a mess of plants now that it's legal to sell the seeds in the US.
 
I've heard that the Biden admin have plans to reschedule pot from a class 1 to a class 3 which is welcome. But, Harris is the one who said in the meetings she wants to legalize it but congress and God MAGAs are pitching a fit.

Hopefully Harris makes a breakthrough.
