Antivaxxers are a problem. They are holding us back, delaying our return to normal. Europe has the right idea I think.

Time for Americans to wake up and stop coddling these idiots.

What is your feeling on those who are overweight?

What is your feeling on those who are age 60 and older?

What is the "right idea" they have in Europe?

If some one is afraid to get a vaccine I say that should be their right in a free society. They should, however, do everyhthing else to help limit the spread of the disease until it is declared under control. That means wearing effective masks in public, social distancing and quarantining for 10 days if infected.

Read the link. That's what it's there for.

No, you tell me.

It is your post, your thread.

This is a message board not a news feed. I have a news feed. Links are for citation.

What you did is simply lazy, you want the link to speak for you.

That is not how a message board functions.

Are you not capable of expressing yourself?

They are ostracizing themselves.

...and the left has the gall to call anyone right of them "fascists."

Unbelievable. And very, very dangerous.

Your right to swing your fist ends at my nose. Nobody has the right or the freedom to bring harm to others, neither intentionally nor negligently.

The unvaccinated hold more responsibility than anyone else for why this thing is still going strong 2+ years after it started.

The unvaccinated hold more responsibility than anyone else for the virus having enough time to mutate into other variants like delta and omicron. And who knows what others are on the horizon?

A small percentage of unvaccinated people have specific health issues and thus legitimate concerns. They are making smart choices for their own health. But the vast majority would rather fear the unknown and let their paranoid and selfish choices keep this thing alive for however long, to the risk and detriment of everyone else.

As a libertarian I would say let them take their own risks with their own bodies, it's nobody's choice but theirs. But when their personal choices are causing tangible harm to others, by delaying eradication and providing more opportunities for vaccine-resistant mutations that might harm me, I have a problem with that.

Yup, Novak Djokovic left Australia on Sunday evening after losing his final bid to avoid deportation and play in the Australian Open despite being unvaccinated for COVID-19. ... The national federation that runs the tournament, Tennis Australia, said it respects the decision of the Federal Court.

Made my day, isolate these morons

What are you talking about, peoples opinions are not what a debate forum is all about. Its about backing up opinions with proof, links and evidence.

Everybody has an opinion, not worth there weight in shit.

You're saying in a free society, people should have a right to refuse vaccination and not be forced to vax. You're also saying in a free society, people have no right to refuse wearing effective masks in public, social distancing and quarantining for 10 days if infected and should be forced to do so. Knowing that the vax is the most effective. You're going to roll with that?

I mean look at this idiot, isolate these lunatic morons, please.

The problem with your idea is this ..more often the unvaxed end up in hospitals placing an incredible burden on front line nurses and doctors.

The unvaxed don't seem to care. When on there death beds most say to a nurse or doctor attending "I shoulda got the shot". The last words
of someone who is incredibly selfish and self destructive.

Governments around the world get away with much more authoritarian behavior than will be tolerated in the US.

🤷‍♀️

Some have been led to distrust vaccines and are afraid of them. There's also the stories of use of drugs for human experiments. I do not think that is going on now, but some certainly have a right to think that. I, though, trust the science.
Shouldn't a free society also act responsibly? We're talking about science proven by examples. You're not free to drink, drive then kill somebody either.

How about forcing them to wear these. Worked well in Europe, right?

I heard that in the US, they are going to start requiring CHILDREN to be vaccinated before they can go to school.

Can you imagine if we really did mandate vaccines for children!

No American would put up with that.
No way!
