Seems like the judge ruled as he should have. If there was no law saying that state business couldn't be conducted over private e-mail and no law saying what had to be saved, then she didn't do anything wrong.

In every case so far every one of the frivolous law suits were brought because Liberals or in great FEAR of Sarah Palin, and it can be seem in the commentary of the Chris Mathews the closet homosexual, and Keith Obermann the openly retarded idiot and the rest of the Liberal of Lame Stream Obamedia fame.
Fox News has made a brilliant decision to put Gov. Palin on the air and add to their over whelming ratings and in the process keep her name out there and drive the Socialist/Communist Liberals crazy at the same time.
You would think that when a tactic fails the ignorant liberals would drop it but then that would require a couple brain cells which they seem to lack even collectively.

Of course it's fear based but the determination that the case really had no merit, yes is no surprise. Matthews being a closet homosexual is something I just heard for the first time in the post but it just might be true. I don't think there's that type of questions about Olbermann though... I think that's a foregone conclusion.
