i will say that i hate Trump for cheating on his multiple wives though. that's disgusting. and cheating people out of money is not something to look up to either.

innocent until proven guilty or adjudicated mentally incompetent. I support individual rights when there is a doubt. I am a firm believer in the old adage-better to let 10 guilty go free than hang one innocent man

well, there are still gonna be borderline cases where someone has to make the call (and be responsible if they're wrong). who should that be?

yep and sometimes the wrong party loses a trial but this is the best we can do. that's why we have courts of appeals. when someone can come up with a better solution that meets constitutional standards-I'd love to see it. I tried, IIRC about 37 federal trials and in all but maybe one or two, the decision was correct. sometimes a jury based their decision on facts not brought to bar or for silly reasons, but generally it was a correct ultimate decision

No.. are you going to rant about "gun deaths".. as if they were a valid statistic? Are you going to rant about background checks and mass shootings even though many of the mass shooters.. either stole the firearms used.. or passed a background check anyway.

Yes.. this is a gun control sub forum...if you can't handle having the fact explained to you.. particularly about the invalidity of using "gun violence" as a statistic.;. then then you should go to theology.

Because if its anyone that should move their arguments to the theology section.. its you antigunners.

Cripes.. your premise is built more on faith and less on science than just about any religion in the world.

You take it on faith that criminals that are willing to MURDER someone and get the death penalty or life imprison.. are going to be deterred by background checks and "gun free zones"..

You constantly ignore science and rely on faith that gun control is going to reduce suicides.. when countries like japan have higher suicide rates and almost no firearms.

Not only that.. you imbue your "devil".. the firearm.. with supernatural godlike powers. The ability to cause normal law abiding human beings to become depraved killers.. out to murder.

Yeah.. you need to get to the theological section.

More dishonesty. It is akin to an environment where one major christian denomination was banned and you pretended there was no religious persecution because there are thousands of other Christian churches those people could attend.
