Andrew Weissmann was Mueller's "pitbull" during the Trump/Russia mess. And he isn't holding back on Biden & Co.

Except Andrew's complaints and comments are about the messaging in Biden's case. To some extent they are justified. Its been sloppy.

The complaints about Trump are about his actual participation in taking and wilfully retaining classified documents and other government material that is not his regardless of his whining to the contrary and his obstruction to efforts to get them back.

Joe took the documents and held on to them for over four years.

The National Archives never said a word about Biden. How does that happen?

If an OP can't be bothered to discuss his own OP, why should anyone else bother to do so? The OP is known for this tactic.
That’s why there’s a link that you can click and go to the original source.

Weismann’s criticisms are as obvious as they reasonable. The only thing I find remarkable in his comments is his questioning "why wasn't this all revealed in Nov/Dec?".

Granted, Weismann isn’t a politician, but it doesn’t take a politician to recognize the politically disadvantageous timing of the initial discovery.

It appears Biden did not know he had them.

Now if Trump had been smart enough to keep his Big MOUTH SHUT instead of claiming that the Government's property is actually his property he could claim not to have realized they were at Mar-a-lago. But that horse has already left the barn.....water over the dam so to speak.

WH sloppiness. WH flunky's controlling access to the documents and not managing their return. R flunky's....D flunky's....WH flunky's no matter the color of their underwear....red or blue and NARA throwing up its hands.

The Biden documents might simply have not been enough of a load for NARA to notice.

Appears? :ROFLMAO:

If he took classified information seriously.................then he would have made sure that he didn't have it.

The man stated on national television that there were no excuses.

Your entire argument is a crock of shit.

True, but it doesn’t explain the silence following the second discovery in December.

Oh. So the Biden DOJ is politicizing law enforcement.
Maybe Congress is correct to investigate.

There ya go. :ROFLMAO: Typical excuses for Joe Biden because you kiss his ring.

Somehow documents were moved from wherever they were to the Biden Penn Center (whatever it was called) in 2018 by somebody. Does it make sense documents are just moved at random to a think tank without anyone knowing what they were moving? Seems weird to me.

I understand they didn't know that documents were missing.

Trump had over 300 government documents many Top secret. So far Biden does not even have 20 government documents...some number Top secret. I guess that simply escapes you.

Trump had 13,000 government documents.

Biden wasn't up for re-election, so it wasn't an ethical imperative. I won't deny that it's bad optics and the AG Garland had no choice but to appoint a Special Prosecutor, who I trust will do his job.

Good for you. Does not seem weird to me. There, Happy now.

The PennCenter offices were offices Biden intended occupying.

The actual name of the place is "The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement of the University of Pennsylvania"
