Canada has registration of handguns. It has strict licensing of handguns.

The guns most used in crime in Canada? Handguns.

IF registration was such a deterrent.. why do Canadian criminals use handguns that supposedly have this "audit trail".. Come now.

Registration.. this audit trail he is talking about? It all stems from the serial number on the firearm. So all a criminal has to do.. is get a 1.00 metal file.. from the Dollar Store.. and file off the serial number and "voila".. registration is mute.

Why do guns get banned before the takeover in nearly every instance?

Why did our founders say they gave us the 2nd amendment for just that purpose?

Why did multiple Venezuelan survivors I had conversations with claim their biggest regret was giving up the guns and not fighting from the start.

Why did many multiples of my Cuban family members tell stories of not being able to do anything to combat Castro? Because of no weapons!!!!!

Not some internet cry baby whining about conservatives being Rambo wannabes or having red dawn delusions but actual survivors who suffered the transition and aftermath. Personally I'd rather die fighting. That's how bad it was and you talk crap like you have a clue.

And then Castro banned guns and turned evil. The people were screwed, then starved, murdered, jailed, and many other horrible things.

I interviewed a Cuban American who fought at the bay of pigs. He said they made it 30 miles plus inland and EASILY walked through the cuban military. Then they began killing Russians. Kennedy promised support if they made it 20 or 30 miles inland and they did and he pussed out. Well they soon ran out of ammunition and most were killed. My friend was one of the survivors who was captured. He was lined up in front of a firing squad multiple times without being shot. Finally Kennedy paid Castro off for their freedom. My friend said Cuban forces were ass.

The north Vietnamese forced out the most powerful military in the world despite losing every battle. The Afghanistan people pushed out the 2nd most powerful military in the world. 200 men at the alamo killed 1000 to 1600 Mexican troops before being killed.

And many of our civilians are military trained or privately trained. Hell the hood boys that sling dope next door to my business have been in more actual shootouts than most of our military members. Not some rice farmers being handed a rifle and forced to fight.

It would most likely be the same. If that person is in the frame of mind to throw themselves off a tall building or step in front of a train or carve their guts outs (seppuku) then a gun would matter little.
