Anabolic Steroids

I think that's a conservative and well reasoned position. You won't get any argument from me.

I know it's supposed to be lighthearted comedy and I probably should just roll my eyes and shrug it off, but this guy is just stupid and misinformed (and clearly has never done steroids just from looking at him). Steroids don't make your dick smaller, they make it BIGGER. Think Viagra only more powerful and it works 24/7. Actually, just remember what it was like having the hormones of a teenager and you'll catch the drift.

I know dudes who do steroids not for the muscles, but just because it makes such a dramatic difference in their sex lives.

didn't kat W have some type of crack induced break down, anyway?

Access should be granted to anyone who wants them who is of sound mind and age (determined by the local government). Organizations should have the right not to allow people who are under the influence of the substance to participate in their organization (determined by the organization).

There are many uses for this drug which has helpful effects to damaging effects.

That's actually a very good question and I'm not sure I see a difference.

There is a big difference between being fit and muscular/not fat.

I don't think anyone who tips the scales at that weight could be considered fit and I'm sure their huge diets to maintain that weight contributed a great deal to those strokes and heart attacks.

I don't care if they're legal or not. My only true concern on this is keeping records for physical feats honest. If you break a record, you have to get tested. If you piss hot, you don't go in the books.

Oh I agree with that. Not quite as impressive to break the home run record when you're all roided up. However, I don't believe there is one high-level athlete competing today in any major sport that isn't on steroids.

The thing is, there are steroids that simply can't be tested for.

Even bicycling is riddled with 'roids. BICYCLING. Think about that.

It's a huge problem in sports these days. Banning it just put them underground when a little peer pressure would have worked better. Something along the lines of "Take steroids? You must be a little bitch that can't hack real training."

Yeah, the problem is there are millions of dollars at stake, and millions of dollars talk a lot louder than peer pressure.

Say you're a college football player from a poor socioeconomic background. If you take steroids, you could go to the NFL and earn a multi million dollar contract. If you don't, you could go back to whatever rathole you came from. The choice is pretty easy, and you can't really blame them for making it.

Steroids will not make your penis smaller, but they can make your testicles smaller, if using a lot and for a long time

That's another problem that I think needs to be completely done away with. Money has completely ruined sports on all fronts. The **** isn't even fun to watch because the players lack heart. They're just a bunch of roided up hulking freaks of science and nature. They already got their money and their contract, they don't give a ****.

I agree 100%, that's why my favorite sports are college football and the Olympics. Professional sports aren't my bag.

Yeah, you might find a few really talented hold outs (like BJ Penn might not be on them), but I think that would prove more the exception than the rule. Likely what current testing achieves is a move away from a 'wild west" mentality like you have in BB. Where people are pumping themselves with any and everything

the problem with that is steroids really help with longevity and general injury recovery. So given a few million dollars, peer pressure tends to stop being relevent

it's also Kat Williams, a ****ing crack head

It's also a cheat that can never replace natural performance. Sporting used to be about personal development of growth and skill, but now any regular jack off can shoot up and be a superstar. It robs the spirit of the game.

If I were a professional athlete and I had the motivation to be the best I could be and make the most money I could make, I'd take a ton of human growth hormone and insulin, since no major sports association tests for these things that I'm aware of.

Then I would take testosterone injections before and after every workout, and as long as it doesn't have an ester that stays in your body for any amount of time, it will be flushed out of the system and undetectable within a couple hours.

There is simply no way to police this stuff.

I'm pretty sure the boxing commissions do. But if I recall correctly, HGH is extremely difficult to test for and they go by measurements of IGF-1

She looks like "that" because bodyfat level is below a healthy or normal level, not because of steroids. when top level bodybuilders compete, they are judged on "cuts" just as much as size or proportion, thus they nearly always diet like maniacs prior to a competition. It's quite frequent that they will become physically ill from the dieting, and some have even passed out from dehydration and diet caused illness (actual malnutrition even though they may be huge).

Steroids help them to become really big and muscular, it's the unsafe dieting that causes them to look like "that" (although some will take steriods while dieting, they aren't really taking the steriods to lose body fat they are taking them to try to maintain muscle size). Most female bodybuilders look quite normal (although somewhat "thick" or stocky) and often very attractive to guys who don't like stick women, when they are not dieting for a competition. I don't think that it is the muscle size that tends to gross normal people out, it's the all over body veins popping out and starved facial features that do.

Dude, she has total man face, which tends to be a bye product of heavy test (or similar) supplamentation

thats because her bodyfat level is so low.

I bet if you saw here in her off season condition, she would look quite normal.

This isn't the same chick, but she's a typical example of a offseason female bodybuilder:

She doesn't look a bit like a man, only a really big girl.

Now here she is in competition condition

Her face is depleted of normal bodyfat and she looks more manly and freakish.

Thats my point, it's not really steroids, she was on steroids in both pics, it's her low bodyfat percent in competition shape that makes her look more manly.
