An article based on a recent research paper that found only little genomic variety among humans was published in today's edition of The Washington Post. Excerpts follow:

All of Earth's people, according to a new analysis of the genomes of 53 populations, fall into just three genetic groups. They are the products of the first and most important journey our species made -- the walk out of Africa about 70,000 years ago by a small fraction of ancestral Homo sapiens.

One group is the African. It contains the descendants of the original humans who emerged in East Africa about 200,000 years ago. The second is the Eurasian, encompassing the natives of Europe, the Middle East and Southwest Asia (east to about Pakistan). The third is the East Asian, the inhabitants of Asia, Japan and Southeast Asia, and -- thanks to the Bering Land Bridge and island-hopping in the South Pacific -- of the Americas and Oceania as well.

Don,

For your information:

so far real scientists have mapped only 1% of the human genome, and when they map 100% they

‘’ still won't know, even with the full human sequence in hand:
• Gene number, exact locations, and functions
• Gene regulation
• DNA sequence organization
• Chromosomal structure and organization
• Noncoding DNA types, amount, distribution, information content, and functions
• Coordination of gene expression, protein synthesis, and post-translational events
• Interaction of proteins in complex molecular machines
• Predicted vs experimentally determined gene function
• Protein conservation (structure and function)
• Proteomes (total protein content and function) in organisms
• Correlation of SNPs (single-base DNA variations among individuals) with health and disease
• Disease-susceptibility prediction based on gene sequence variation
• Genes involved in complex traits and multigene diseases
• Complex systems biology including microbial consortia useful for environmental restoration
• Developmental genetics, genomics ‘’

Thus, when you are armed with real information you can see that you’ve posted a garbage piece of garbage propaganda of evolutionists. It does not refer to any observations of anything and thus is not science, it does not withstand any common sense test. I can assure you that in no way you are a descendant of a black man, unless one of your female ancestors fooled around with a black man. You may believe in opposite but a personal belief imposed on the public as the universal truth is known as fascism. Drop it don, your public service is in economics and some politics, but fascism is not your niche.

If you are still hesitant I can link to my debate with a population genetics scientist, but I have to warn you that his carcass is not a pretty scene. Do you want to smell it or the posted information is enough?

P.s.
It is not like I would blame you that you did know. I just inform you, as you inform me about economics.

You're not talking about RiverDad, JustOne, are you?

Most likely. I did not remember his name, now I think you are correct. Since you are on the target I would appreciate if you link don1 in case he wants to smell it.

I believe I was in on that thread too, and I don't think you came anywhere close to mutilating him.
It was a good debate to read, and both arguments were superb, even if your JustOne persona appeared to be a childish taunt instead of a well contemplated final-note.

I have no idea where the thread is now though. Nor have I see RiverDad recently.
