Interesting article that highlights the nuances in opinion depending on exactly what kind of voting restriction is being discussed.

Roughly it works out as VoterID is ok with the public but every other restriction is look poorly upon.

Drop Boxes?

Once upon a time you just voted on election day
and now we have better and smarter systems as tends to happen over time

I think they should verify your identity before they register you.

After you're registered to vote, you should be able to vote and it should be easy.

Watch how easy it is Swinger!

I pull out my wallet and show my ID!

There has never been a problem of the slightest significance due to voter ID. Never. The Republican/conservative pols and posters will keep driving in the same factually unsupported nail that such is needed to protect against fraud and your grandmother being raped by saying such is required to do many other things. The lack of logic, reason and rational thought is profound. Anything that makes it more difficult for people to vote, in the slightest way, is unwarranted. Even if nothing more than another straw on the camel's back. It is not deserved. The democratic process should not be abridged in any way, shape or form.
