Lol. You wipe your ass everyday on Obama/Biden toilet paper and come here and seek to shore up your opinion by quoting them. Gawd you guys go to extreme. Btw, 6 in 10 Americans now realise the colossal mess Bush made of Iraq. It will be more next year.

Bush isn't in office, the problems in Iraq are Obama's and if you think Bush screwed up, then what has Obama done to solve the problem. His quotes were quite clear and your comments ignore those quotes. You have a bad case of BDS, Bush Derangement Syndrome and need to seek some help. Bush won the war, Obama lost the peace. Hard for any liberal to admit they are wrong and you wear that mantra quite well.
Now you are saying Afghanistan was a mistake? Is that what you believe? You site polls a lot as if good leadership leads by polls. You aren't going to make it very far in the world if you base all your decisions on polls. By the time you take a poll and get the results, you have lost the battle. You will grow up someday, but not today.
I'm one of many Americans that is sick and tired of paying for Bush's COLOSSAL **** up. Powell said "if you break it you own it" and I was raising hell at the time that I preferred not to break it because I don't want to own the Son of a bitch. I would prefer to focus on Americas problems right here at home. And I don't want any Canadians or Briton's or Europeans volunteering the US to police the world anymore. Let them do it. And those Americans that want to fight IS, take the damn fight to them yourselves.

What part of this do you not understand. Had Bush not launched a pre-emptive war of choice, and had the House and Senate not had their heads up there asses with support for it. We wouldn't be talking about Iraq. Iraq is a colossal failure of a huge magnitude. And late as it is, thankfully Americans in majority numbers finally figured this out.
Actually Americans and the free world are going to have to live with Obama's failures. That's really the way it is.My decisions aren't based upon polls. I was opposed to Afghanistan and Iraq when it was hugely unpopular to be, as in, before either one happened. I was in the lead on this along with very few other Americans at the time. I'm just pointing out to you that even though it took Americans years to realise it, they are in growing numbers, too. BOTH A-Stan and Iraq. Your going to have to live with it, that's the way it is.
What I have told you in multiple fashion is that I opposed every operation the US has conducted in the ME since Carter, all of which have produced much of what were looking at today. I would have preferred that we never started killing people in the ME, supporting militant Islamic groups and conducting regime change from one end to the other.
It is now and it is up to Obama to fix it. The question is, will he really fix it or will he, as usual, give a quarter-hearted effort?

You mean it's all America's fault? Now there's a revolutionary idea!
Why a small force? The CIA director at the time expected 70,000 US troops to remain after SOFA expired. If that were true why did Joe Biden say it was the Administrations greatest achievement and why did Obama call Iraq "Stable". Your are pretending to know something.
Perhaps you can phrase your question properly. Here is what Joe Biden said.Biden Once Called Iraq One of Obama's 'Great Achievements' | The Weekly StandardBiden said that the greatest achievement of the Bush admin was the way it handled the occupation of Iraq? Perhaps you have that quote?
Where did i say that the CIA set troop levels? Why not understand the post before you begin asking inane questions?70000 combat troops? Since when does the CIA set such levels?
Fact is Obama inheirited a collosal F-up from the Bush admin and faces a congress that can't pass wind let alone govern, and a public weary of seeing sons and daughters dieing for vauge reasons.
Really? Do you have any evidence of this?Yet you want to send more to die.
Sure.During the Clinton admin the right eanted nothing to do with sending troops into shooting zones such as Bosnia and now its full steam ahead, bortow another trillion from China and turn Iraq into an American protectorate.
True, Obama's failures will have to be endured just as Bush's are. Sucks too. Would be nice to find some good foreign policy come from the WH.
So what exactly would your foreign policy be? Sounds to me like you are exactly the kind of person our enemies would love to have making leadership decisions. You are very naive and certainly don't understand radical Islam. their basic model is convert or die and that is what is happening in Iraq Now. Find out what a Caliphate is and get back to us. Apparently that doesn't bother you at all.
I've only stated it endlessly here, pay attention. Aggressive, interventionist policies in the ME, decades of support of the very Islamic jihadists that have you frightened, have enabled them and bred hatred for America. Have you still not read OBL's letter in which he outlines clearly why the 9/11 attacks were launched? Never mind what Bush said they hate us for, its not because of Starbucks, the NFL and shopping malls, nor perceived morals and values. You seem to want to ignore the reasons and just keep fighting.
This is why you don't announce ahead of time when you're going to withdraw most of your forces. The only real answer to this is to send them back in.
You think it was the announcement? They wouldn't figure it out any other way?
And no, we should not double down on our original error.
Eventually you will because they're not going to stop in Iraq, or even the Middle East. This, in some form, is going to escalate into a global problem in a matter of time. Deal with it now, or deal with it then in many more places across the planet.

You vastly overestimate their potential. The movement has real limits and while they can make random strikes outside, as can some in other countries, they lack the ability to do much else. You can't rule the world. And you won't stop terrorism by invading and occupying countries.
Where do you get your information on ISIS?
Hey, what if we just stipulate that conservatives are opposed to many of Obama policies, and that even if he was as white as chalk, we would still be opposed to those policies.
Of course, then the liberals would actually have to try to defend him with facts, instead of the race card.

Liberals have a problem dealing with the real world and judge everyone else by their own standards and since their own standards are formed by thinking only with their hearts they cannot comprehend that there is evil in the world and an evil that wants to destroy our way of life. Radical Islam wants a world wide Caliphate and liberals have no idea what that really means. It really is a shame that when they realize how wrong they are or were it is always too late.
