According to Rasmussen, Harris was ahead 50% to 48% for Trump last week. This week it's just the opposite. Trump went up 2% to 50% while Harris declined 2% to 48%. I'm afraid momentus is on Trump's side.

You're scaring me. The idea of Trump in the White House surrounded by sycophants and Yes-Men scares the shit out of me. Just imagine someone who believes tariffs will be good for Americans, who believes injecting disinfectant could cure COVID, who believes everybody who disagrees with him is the 'Enemy from within'. This guy's dementia is at a dangerous level. He can not in any way get anywhere near the White House.

2016 was rigged too. Democrats didn't steal enough though to change the result.
I would think less of Trump if he had called 2020 free and fair. It was not.

Both are history now. We just need to make sure it doesn't repeat in 2024. Has the Democrat part ever supported a measure that would make elections more secure? Jimmy Carter had a plan......opposed tooth and nail by his own party.

As an observer I think that Dems perspective is to increase voter participation and views the other party as wanting to restrict it. On the other hand the GOP perspective is to increase security and views the other party as trying to make it open to fraud. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. It's just part of the incredible polarization

On a week trip up through Michigan and the amount of Trump signs is troubling. One sign even said more crime with Harris. So a convicted felon is going to reduce crime, but a former prosecutor is not? You can't make this **** up! And another common sign is Trump will SAVE America? Huh?

If they did it would be opposed by the Republicans which is what they do whenever the Democrats propose something. The Republicans will never ever support legislation to remove the electoral college. If we did remove it, it would ensure the Republicans would be very unlikely to win a presidential election. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe the Republicans have won the popular vote in a couple of decades at least. (I'd look it up but that is problematic on my cell phone).
