Well, if you add all the people in the large cities together it would be about the same number as live Chicago.

Yea, it's old news that there's been a steady decline in crime in major cities across America.

That's great (technically), but America is a very different place from the Netherlands. I almost said Holland, almost. No one's happy about these numbers, but things are improving.
