Aliens are real, and the evidence is clear. The size of the universe makes it impossible for Earth to be the only planet with life. UFO sightings by credible military personnel and the release of Pentagon footage show advanced technology beyond human capabilities. It is irrefutable.

Discoveries of organic molecules on comets and moons like Europa further suggest that life exists beyond Earth. The government has been hiding the truth, aliens have been visiting Earth, and it's only a matter of time before it's fully revealed. No denying it. Sorry.

You can't say the aliens are definitely real without proof that aliens are definitely real. Chances are good there are aliens out there, but there's no proof.

As long a C remains a constant, we may never meet an alien even if they are out there.

the question is "intelligent life".. we are able to see the universe and have found similar planets but no signs of such

Think about the conditions needed for life on this planet. gravity, water, tides, oceans, diurnal bioryhyms ,
a stable time enough for life to evolve from single cell to the incredible human animal

Earth went thru it's own forming. and the time earth is stable and the corresponding factors needed for carbon life forms evolve into intelligent life simultaneously

transmissions for the last 90 years?

Life as we know it... and water is just some elements... hydrogen and oxygen. There is a lot of that out there.

I dont know how common liquid water is. And it's possible but less likely it would be intelligent life (extant) without it

Probably have been visiting planets like Earth in search of intelligent life, unwilling to give up.
 
There's probably life out there. It's far less likely that it flies here in a saucer than it is that you'll walk to China.
