For the same reason that Cindy Sheehan went after Nancy Pelosi. Troglodytes resent the whole concept of reasoned discourse, and regard someone who agrees with them 80% of the time as an enemy.

For a "little Asian woman," she sure exudes hatred towards liberals. While this guy is a nut, I don't have any sympathy for someone like Michelle Malkin. Look at her website--tell me where she argues intelligently against liberals. She exudes hatred and intolerance of anyone who is a liberal. She makes me sick.

I'm not sure which is funnier The assertion that Malkin and her ilk are conservative Or the meme that people in each of the "the two sides" are all happy w/ one another. Malkin is another big-govt conservative & a rights-of-the-State-over-the-rights-of-the-individual conservative. :roll eyes: Kind of like dehydrated water...

What is so extreme about George Soros and Harry Reid, other than they're more powerful than you and they're center-left? Nancy Pelosi is a fairly solid liberal, but again, not particularly "extreme." Her views are pretty standard liberal orthodoxy.

Even the views of Michael Moore and Bill Maher aren't exactly EXTREME. The way they PRESENT their views are certainly a bit out of the mainstream, but the things they believe aren't particularly far out. They just know how to press people's buttons to get them angry.

FYI, extremists generally have extreme views. :roll:

Kandahar if you think Soros and Reid are center/left than you my friend must be viewing them from a position so far to the left your not even on the chart. And Michael Moore and Maher are extreme IMO and most people I know on the center/right agree. My father is a life long democrat, he is center left. Even he agrees Moore is extreme. You and I disagree on most everything from social issues, foreign policy, economics, the war, religion, healthcare, immigration, etc. I am much more of a moderate conservative than many of the people I know here in Texas. If this is so than you are not just liberal, you are very liberal. I think its time you look in the mirror and update your DP profile. :mrgreen: Being liberal or conservative is fine so long as you know who you are and where you stand. Im proud of my conservative ways as you should be proud of your liberal ways. Remember it takes a full political spectrum and compromise. Its what makes this country great. You must've missed the part where I explained the difference between holding extreme views, and presenting mainstream views in a way designed to piss people off.

Here, I'll give you an example. See if you can figure out which one of these political views is extreme, and which one is just a mainstream view presented in a provocative way:
A) "I think Republicans should be sent to death camps."
B) "I support universal health care because I want to stick it to the Republican insurance lobby."
