REMEMBER: Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, was directly involved in the Capitol riots on January 6th, 2021.

Not only did she attend a January 6th rally, but she also pressured Republican lawmakers to override Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential victory!

She could be charged with conspiracy to defraud the USA Government ..........also.

I will not speculate whether or not she will stand trial however I'm sure her life has become unpleasant
who knows which of the white collars will be indicted .......

Nothing is going to happen to her.

The reason is that there are too many people in this country who fail to understand what type of UnAmerican Scum she is.
 
I've been waiting for this issue to rear it's ugly head! NOTHING says "conflict of interest" louder than a supreme court justice having pillow talk with an anti-American who's party is hell bent on destroying personal liberties. What's she gonna do when her "party" goes after inter-racial marriage???? Just askin'

My theory is that Justice Thomas' long game is exactly that... to ultimately undo interracial marriage. Then he can just shrug at her and say, "Hey, I can't help it. It's the law. Pack your shit."

It's just a rough theory. I'm still working on it.

Do you know what a "conflict of interest" is? Nothing dear Jinny did was against any laws, but there's a very definite conflict of interest because her husband sits on a court that relies on impartiality to remain fair. Now, are we done holding hands, or are you still "unsure" what post #3 has to do with your comment?

"conflict of interest" isn't something that a person can be charged with, go to trial, be convicted and sentenced for. "Conflict of interest" isn't "conspiracy to defraud the USA Government". This is what the OP was talking about and this is what I commented on.

The reason why post #3 is irrelevant is because that member brought up something that is irrelevant to the thread topic and something that is not against the law.

So...I suggest you either stay on topic or start your own thread of about her supposed "conflict of interest".
