So this is a document with an author who rates its accuracy at 75%, an IG found to be largely uncorroborated, the CIA called internet rumors, and whose own sources have disputed claims about what they said…and you call it a “factual report”?

Ok last thing, maybe (I can't resist). The dossier was used as an intelligence document. Intelligence is not presumed true unless proven false. That's not how this works. This was a big reason the FBI got their pee pee slapped by the FISA court. I can just picture it:
It was a fraction of the evidence for the fisa warrant, and thanks to the "patriot act" it is far harder to not get a fisa warrant than it is to get one I believe it's a total of nine that have ever been turned down.
If only 9 FISA warrants have been turned down by the FISA court, isn't the conclusion that the FISA court is failing in protecting the rights of citizens?
