Abortion Pills Can Now Be Offered at Retail Pharmacies, F.D.A. Says

I have never stated that a woman does not have bodily autonomy.

But you have posted statements that didnt support women's right to abortion. You realize it's not a libertarian position tho, and so your posts on it, when pressed, are very ambiguous and non-committal. Just IMO, from what I've seen you write, you dont like that you dont have a 'libertarian' reason to object to abortion.

Yes.

And also a victory for the nation.

Hopefully, public schools will also offer these pills free of charge to their students.
Really? at what age would you suggest they be handed out for free? Better than abortion pills how about birth control pills instead, that would greatly cut down on the number of abortions required.

But you have posted statements that didnt support women's right to abortion.

More likely that you misconstrued what was written. If you support a woman's right to bodily autonomy, then you must support her right to abort at any time during the pregnancy.

I remember you misinterpreting things.

Just IMO, from what I've seen you write, you dont like that you dont have a 'libertarian' reason to object to abortion.

See? Perfect example.

Tell me, how much evidence could you come up with to support that claim? My guess is none.

Yes why wouldnt I?

I remember you misinterpreting things.

Like what?

I spelled out the reasons that your comments are ambiguous and non-committal, so it's cumulative, altho I've posted your responses before and it's shut you down pretty quickly.

If you'd like to clarify your position as pro-choice, this would be a good time to do so. Prove me wrong, I'm good with that.

Agree 100%.

From what I have read, some children of all ages nowadays engage in intimacy.

So, yes, birth control and abortion pills should be available starting in middle school, at the very least.

Happy New Year!

Child-bearing age. Accidents happen.

Lol, all of that is political, even speed limits are political. Even the length in seconds of yellow lights is political.

I'm sticking to the traffic regulations, because most people would think they are the most objective. FDA and Medicare regulations are overtly political.

Here's a question for you: Is safety regarding drugs binary? In other words, is a drug either safe or unsafe?

"help" meaning political favors.

On the contrary, making deals with lobbyists which reduce competition, create artificial shortages, and result in high prices, benefits politicians, that's why it's so common.

Consider FDR, considered by many to be the "greatest" president ever. He paid farmers with taxpayer dollars to destroy their crops and kill their livestock. He was elected president four times.

1. People don't or can't make the connection between leftist policies and bad results. For example, South America has been devastated by socialism, yet socialism is still popular there.

2. Most people are like you - extremely naive of the how the state actually works. I guess the reality is too horrible to contemplate, so they imagine hard working politicians striving to do what's best for the general interest. It's obviously and laughably an absurd belief.
1. Yeah no.. none of that is political.
Influenced? Sure maybe..
But not regulations are the result of government oversight. Congress does not vote on every single medicare regulation.
Nor on every single stop light duration.
2. Yeah..sorry..but I have helped write legislation and have lobbied state and federal government. So I have pretty good idea how the " state works".
Most legislation is written by non politicians. Often regulations are written by the industry themselves.
Frankly your view is patently absurd. Do you really think a politician that say has never handled a steer in his life. Probably never set foot on a ranch.. is writing regulations on grazing permits and setting
limits on number of animals per acre?

Not plan B.

Plan B is meant to be taken very soon after unprotected sex. There would be no pregnancy to end.
According to " pro lifers" it's ending a pregnancy.

I have helped write legislation and have lobbied state and federal government.

Jesus christ.

So, just to be clear.... now you have:

1) Built and run a regional healthcare monopoly
2) Work as a police officeer
3) Work as a medical doctor
4) Home school your children
5) Write, advise, and lobby for state and federal legislature

Are you Forrest Gump? lol.

GMAFB.

There is a materially high rate of dangerous complications from the drug. There is a reason it has been relatively tightly controlled.

this was inevitable....

Well one..I certainly don't have a monopoly.
I am a doctor.
My sons went to public school..I merely did what I could to supplement their education
And yes. As a officer of the state medical association..I participated in writing the legislation changing our practice act.
Now..
Let's hear you explain why pharmacies carrying abortion medication is " dangerous".

There is a materially high rate of dangerous complications from the drug. There is a reason it has been relatively tightly controlled.
And how is that control being relaxed exactly making it dangerous?
Please explain in detail.

Ok, Forrest Forrest Gump.

Your story gets more unbelievable each year. A black conservative guy, moves to Idaho, becomes a doctor, dominates the local medical industry, while serving as a police officer, in between writing state and federal legislature, while homeschooling their children and complaining about poor schools and racism.

One would wonder how you find the time. Amphetamines or lies? I guess the latter.

There is a materially high rate of dangerous complications from the drug. There is a reason it has been relatively tightly controlled.
What "dangerous complications?" All medications can have side effects and contadictions for use to varying degrees. The more severe side effects tend to be less common. For example, RU-486 has the following side effects: cramps, nausea/vomiting, heavy vaginal bleeding, fatigue, and chills. While annoying, those effects are usually not dangerous.
