Abortion is a good thing

What a load of falsehoods and crap. You may self-indulgently convince yourself there's a kid inside women you dont even know...(that's disturbing in and of itself)...but it doesnt make it true.

Your post is grotesquely out of touch with reality.
.....I was paraphrasing Mother Theresa................yeah, your morality/thought process is superior, I know...........

I would not say it's a good thing, but I wouldn't say it's a bad thing either. It's a personal decision between a woman and her doctor.

Besides, the government can mandate a female carry her pregnancy to term, but it can't legislate parenting, nurturing, acceptance or any of the things children need to become self-respecting, society-respecting, self-sufficient and responsible adults.

This is just going to create more generational poverty and increase crime rates so we will be paying on both ends of this outrageous decision.

An embryo isn't a child. It is an opportunity to make one. No woman can survive many pregnancies without being significantly disabled, and not all women are suitable for the role of mother. Treating a woman as if she is required to have sex, get pregnant, or stay pregnant and give birth is treating her as an animal. If you want to do that, they should keep you in a pen with other pigs.
agree that is an affront to women's rights----------------------but what about the human inside her??........and it IS a human

It is a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you may live as you wish
There is no child and there's nothing wrong with people trying to live how they want to. Having a child can potentially put someone and the child into poverty or perpetuate a poverty status.
I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself. And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even His life to love us. So, the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love, that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts.
By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems. And, by abortion, that father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. The father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. This is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.
That's a little melodramatic. Other than being a polarizing or contentious issue, Abortion itself has no negative effect on others or society. Abortion is simply a medical procedure and something which should always be an option.

pretty sad that you would kill because you can't find a way........................

Abe Lincoln's parents had abject poverty----they kept him anyway. Enough said....
Sometimes, abortion is the way. But that is for the woman to decide for herself.

pretty sad that you would kill because you can't find a way........................

THat's right, I would need to decide whether or not to make a lot of others suffer instead of just bringing another life into that same suffering.

It's called 'mercy' and God recommends it. Again, I value quality of life over quantity. Your demand for more more more dehumanizes the unborn into a number.

Abe Lincoln's parents had abject poverty----they kept him anyway. Enough said....

That's why it's all about choice...only the individual woman/couple know their risks and circumstances and who else would be affected.

"Enough said...."

And you did so poorly, so:

What a load of falsehoods and crap. You may self-indulgently convince yourself there's a kid inside women you dont even know...(that's disturbing in and of itself)...but it doesnt make it true.
Your post is grotesquely out of touch with reality.
And once again, you cannot directly refute anything I write.

It is a human

So is the woman.

Born and unborn cannot be treated equally under the law...why do you insist the unborn's life and self-determination (will, consent, rights as an individual) should supersede a woman's? Please give a direct answer.

I value the unborn but I value all born people more. If you think they can be treated equally under the law...you need to provide a legal foundation based on our Const and laws. So, how?

???????? "did so poorly???"--how is that possible?

You just got busted-------I win this one.

If you paraphrased it, you changed it. Too bad you cant use words correctly.

And I find declarations of 'winning' on the Internet to be pathetic. Of course yours also, as stated, proves you realize you've been 'losing' all along, lol.

Ironically, this is incorrect usage of the word "right". You meant to use an adverb and you used the wrong version of right.

"Right" is wrong and "correctly" would have been correct.

Heh, I caught that and already changed it. I was in a hurry. 🤷

Sorry. I'm sure I throw grammar mistakes out there all the time. I've forgotten so much from high school. But for whatever reason, I can't forget grammar. I have no idea why.
