They do in the immediate moment. They have to be overruled by a court. There is no time for that. She can do what she needs to do. If she's found to have violated anyone's rights, it will be after the fact.

What ever it is, it's intended to keep the peace and protect people from Covid. If I was her, I would pull out all the stops and see what holds. Too fu**ing bad if Trump supporters don't get their way. They lost the election by a landslide. They need to go home to their trailer parks and STFU.

This isn't about values or beliefs. It's about facts. Joe Biden won the election. You may choose to have a different belief, but it's not a fact. ALL your arguments have gone nowhere for 2 long months and you all are still playing this charade. To what end? Trump will be gone in 18 days, period.

If that's the case, what are you all fighting about? What is Trump fighting about? You do realize he's lost this election over 60 times in two months. How much humiliation can you people take? It's over and I'm done for tonight. I have not lied once in this or any other thread.
