I have no issue with your beliefs. I have great issue with you trying to force your religious beliefs on others.

Interesting though...this went from a thread about blocking an abortion bill and you bring it to bashing gay people.

You call Christian references to God's opposition to sodomy "gay bashing." I call your opposition to God's opposition to sodomy a sin.

When did god grant you the authority to speak for her?

I speak with her every morning. She never said a word about sodomy being wrong. Nor about you.

She's a great listener, mot much of a speaker.

No, saying a judge made a legal decision concerning abortion because of his sexual preference is gay bashing.

The Creator God does not speak to people audibly. He speaks to people by and through the Bible. Fake gods don't speak at all, in spite of what some of their fans may think to the contrary.

And you believe god only speaks to those who are Christian? When the clear majority of people in this world follow other religions, philosophies or no religion at all? How arrogant is your possessiveness to claim ownership of god. Simply because you have never heard god speak, does not mean god does not speak audibly. Perhaps you don't know how to listen, or see?

God is beyond ownership, and no human being or artifact has authorization to be the voice of god in any form of communications.

A man (or woman) does not need a church, a synagogue, a temple, a mosque, priests, ministers, parsons, preachers, prophets, rabbis, imans, sheiks, clerics or any other artifices to speak with god, to pray to god. God is everywhere in everything, even in a kiss. God speaks always at all times for those of us who choose to listen, and see. God is not supernatural with mysterious powers, god is in everything, everywhere, always. Even in those small 5,000 year old small Venus idols archeologists dig up. There are no false gods, only false people.

No..I call your insistence that he passed judgment based on his sexuality without even considering that he made it based on his extensive understanding of the law —— that is bigoted gay bashing.

What do you care about sodomy? How does it harm society in anyway? How does it harm you in anyway?

Guess what? If your mind didnt imagine people having sex...you'd never even be confronted with it at all unless you went into a sex shop.

Why does your mind spend so much time in the gutter imagining other people having sex? Esp man on man sex? Can you answer that for me?

It's BS that God had any issue with 2 consenting adults loving each other. That stuff in the Bible was written by men, and homophobia was much more common back then, acceptance of gays was rare in most societies.

Had nothing to do with God's Word. God would never make a law condemning people born homosexual to live without love and intimacy their whole lives, our God is a compassionate God. My God is the Christian God, I have no idea who yours is.

Also wrong. God has absolutely spoken to me and put things right in front of me when I've asked. It's sad that He has not chosen to accord you the same generosity and compassion. Or perhaps it's even sadder that He did and you didnt even recognize it.

The Bible is by no means the only way God speaks to us...what religion do you practice?

His view of the law contradicted the views of hundreds of thousands of Californians, including thousands of legal experts. Nobody knows whether his love of sodomy affected his judgment in favor of the views of other sodomites who opposed the popular law which offended the sodomites.

I will go to the grave carrying with me my views about God. So will you. God will straighten it all out for us both on the other side if we are wrong.

I'm calling that out as a lie...you focus on it all the time. Your mind goes there all the time...example: this isnt a thread on homosexuality.

IMO you imagine gay men having sex all the time, you cannot keep it from your mind and that is why you post about it all the time...overcompensation for your curiosity.
