Yes, it is evil.
What would you have Obama and his administration do about it?
What do you want, America to occupy any country rife with ISIS and blast anything that looks at the US funny?
I would have negotiated keeping U.S troops in Iraq to prevent ISIS from gaining a foothold in that country and then becoming embolden like they have.
With time travel not yet being invented, as far as I know, what would you like to happen in the future?

OK, and I would have stayed out of Iraq to begin with.
But, the past is not mutable. The situation is what it is. So, what should be done about ISIS having attacked Egypt now?
Destroy ISIS where they are the strongest, Iraq and Syria. Denying the existence of evil led to 9/11 and had we been proactive it never would have happened
So, you would send US troops into Egypt?
I would like our troops to regain the territory lost in Iraq by destroying ISIS there and then not elect an incompetent replacement liberal President to keep the peace that was won in Iraq. Burying your head in the sand has led to the creation and growth of ISIS. I had three family members in Iraq and not one of them is an Obama supporter.
How long did your family members serve? And would they like to go back to Iraq? I am loathe to send a significant number of U.S. troops back into an area where we spent a decade - much of that training and equipping a police force to handle these issues on their own...only to see more than 50% of that equipment eventually get abandoned/captured by the new enemy.
Like Jon Stewart said, "When it comes to the middle east, learning curves are for ******s.

In Fundamentalist Right Wing Conservative land, the US is supposed to be at war with the entire Middle East (and northern Africa, Afghanistan and Pakistan if that's what it takes).
Oh, and America needs to lower its spending.
Seriously?! Take a look at this:This is evil people, what is Obama and this Administration doing about it??

Seriously?! Take a look at this:
The Terrorists Notches on Obama's Belt
After you read that article you should be able to hear faint reminiscences of George W Bush saying, "he can run but he can't hide".
At what cost?
We lost almost 7000 Americans in Iraq and Afghanistan and spent somewhere around $5 Trillion, most under George Bush's watch, and we aren't any safer from "Evil ®"...

...today then we were a decade and a half ago.
If you don't have a better plan than "Well heck ol' hoss, we'll just defeat "Evil ®" wherever we find it" you can peddle that kind of idiot bull**** somewhere else.

You ignore the threat until thousands of Americans are killed, just like what was done prior to 9/11, that seems to be the liberal policy
Yes, it is evil.
What Obama has done about it is exactly what the previous administration did about it, however, and that is to contribute to the situation that unleashed it. His was more a general encouragement rather than a direct invasion, but the removal of the strong-armed leaders of these primitive societies is what unleashes this crap. Bush toppled Hussein quite directly. Obama welcomed the Arab spring most naively. Both had the net result of removing the corks on the bottles of champagne that kept all this revolting bubbly from pouring out.
