400,000 Teslas Being Recalled

I also speak German, comes in very handy when a telemarketer calls me. You evidently cared about your German line and I would not disparage that. As to you knowing a Sieg Heil when you see it, sorry evidently not. But that's ok.
:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Except in the case of a Tesla recall it is handled by computer directly to the cars. I know of no "recall" that required you to take your Tesla to a repair shop.
Then you don't know about every Tesla recall. About 1/3 cannot be fixed with a software update. E.g:

- Failed circuit boards
- Torn airbags
- Faulty drive inverter
- Trim that can fall off
- Failed wiper motors

Musk seems to have successfully destroyed Tesla as a major car company by alienating most of its customers.

What a shame.

So if they need to replace a faulty assembly or part it is done online???????
Thanks for the link,
No, I did not know of how many recalls made, most people would not. So I took the time to read all 77 "recalls" listed in your link.

As of this month 1,845,985 Tesla's have been produced. (For the US market)

According to your link of those 77 recalls that have been made:

28 were over-the-air fixes.
25 were to replace parts
18 were inspect, repair or replace as necessary
4 were for possible bad gluing of trim and decal, solution reglue.
2 were critical repair needed. One a fire hazard from a cable possibly pinched and one from possible loss of control. Both on the long since discontinued Tesla Roadster. I have only seen one of those actually on the road.

I don't understand peoples hatred of Tesla's, one reason I hear often is they catch fire.

Per AutoinsuranceEZ, ICE vehicles are more than 60 times more likely to catch fire than an EV, while hybrids are more than 130 times more likely to catch fire than an EV.
Hybrids reflected the most at 3,475 fires per 100,000 vehicles. This is most likely because hybrids utilize two powertrains.
ICE vehicles caught fire substantially less often, at 1,530 incidents per 100,000 vehicles.
EV fires were significantly lower than the others, with 25 fires per 100,000 vehicles. So of the approximately two million EVs on U.S. roads, less than two out of a 1,000 will catch fire

As to TESLA cars, over 4+ million Tesla's have been produced and delivered world wide, the percentage of those that have had fires is 0.01%

Don't like it don't buy, plenty of gas guzzlers out there.
