The US can do nothing. The Mexican government can do nothing. Get money ready if you want to see these people again. When you let drug cartels run the border you are at the mercy of these criminals.

This speaks to the appalling state of law and order in some provinces of Mexico. One cartel took them because it thought they were members of another cartel.

The best response is to cut the flow of money to drug traffickers. Greater interdiction at the border, or greater penalties for drug distributers in the US, only raises prices because drugs are not just luxuries. Drug users will pay more, for less, and nothing government can do will achieve anything more than higher prices: in some cases causing people to supplement their legal income with crime. Legalize the damn drugs. Free the US manufacturers from foreign competition (with tariffs if you please) and you would do a vast service to Mexico.

Or just build your stupid wall, and lie for the next 20 years about how it's working great.

And btw, do you support mandatory drug testing for the President? If not, why not?

Obviously it would have never happened under Trump. When Trump was president drug cartels were in awe of him.

No doubt whatsoever that the democrats want to give the vote to NON-US CITIZENS and are even looking into the best way to accept absentee ballots - postpaid by the US - to allow anyone in the world to vote in US elections.

The profit skimmed off in Mexico is almost all AMERICAN MONEY. And a share goes to other South American countries or even Russia.

If you really believe in AMERICA FIRST you should want all the production to be happening in the US. And all the trafficking and dealing profits to be taken there as well.

Drug interdiction is a failed policy, which has filled America's prisons, left users outside the law so they fear to seek treatment, and forsaken a strong production industry to foreign interests who are largely criminals there too due to US "diplomacy" against drugs. The US has tried to ban drugs, world-wide, and IT JUST DOES NOT WORK.

Just say No already. Legalize the recreational drugs.

The subject is drugs, and/or lawlessness in Mexico.

That you have nothing to say about either, while enthusiastically supporting Trump, tells us all that Trump has no idea about what to do about the drug trade.

If he's such a big man, he can tell the Republicans to stop with the insane, anti-liberty War on Drugs. But he won't, because despite all that "big man" crap he won't cross the Republicans that hard.

You are not registered to vote when you get a drivers license.. Good lord.. You are APPLYING to register when you get a drivers license and still must go through the same damn process as anyone else registering..

Why would an illegal vote? If you know any illegal immigrants you’ll know they don’t exactly spend their time engaging with the government. I’ll need to see proof that they are voting. But please don’t muddy the water by bringing up this.
