Jeez, it took Russia over 9 months to destroy only 30% of Ukraine's infrastructure?

I thought they were supposed to be a capable military.

In the tail end of WW2, Germany, seeing they were losing, hit London with missiles as revenge. This didn't demoralize the UK, and Germany lost anyway.

Russia knows they can't defeat Ukraine on the battle field so they just murder civilians instead. It won't work.

There's no "nice" way of freeing people. Do you have an example? What was the butcher's bill when the US, UK, France etc "freed" Iraqis from Saddam Hussein? Or when the same three amigos "freed" Libyans from Qaddafi? Or when the same three amigos attempted to "free" Syrians from Assad? That is only recent history.
