Hello, stop trying to gaslight....con-servatives have very much whined about "hate crime" charges for years. Maybe this will be a learning moment where con-servatives can see that hate crime charges are above and beyond murder charges and still must be proved. (From his shouting, that shouldn't be so hard to prove)That is not quite an intellectually honest claim. Conservatives feel that all violent crimes are hate crimes and should be prosecuted with that in mind. What the libruls want is the same crime to be judged more severely if the victim is one race over another.

Since you are quite obviously confused, I will clear it up for you. There should be no need to separate violent crime into two categories, violent crime and hate crime. All violent crime is hate-crime and should be punished to the full extent of the law. The punishment of the crime should not be more or less due to one's race. If you attack a white individual with a baseball bat and then go two blocks over and attack a black individual with a baseball bat, it's the same level of crime.
