Sadly, it's true. The same liberals who complained that conservatives were trying to eliminate Obamacare without an alternate plan don't really have a plan to pay for millions of poor, foreign nationals. They both disgust me with their apathy to reality.

To every person on this thread who forwards empty utopianism as an argument for giving an expensive, government-funded service to those here illegally, I want you to know how dangerous you are to civil society. No they didn’t. All the said is that the recession of DACA did not follow the Administrative Procedures Act.

On June 18, 2020, the Supreme Court ruled (5-4) that DHS’s rescission of DACA violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) because the agency did not provide a reasoned explanation for its action.

The child is an illegal and should not become a citizen without following the legal process. If still a minor, his parents should follow the process. If now an adult, he can follow the process which means leaving the U.S. and entering legally. You don’t get to short cut the process period.

If someone trespasses into my home, but they bring their kids, are you suggesting I should let the kids stay because they did not choose to trespass? Or let them all stay?

It's still a false choice. Not everyone who doesn't cross the border illegally gets murdered, let alone their kids.

In any case, crossing the border carries its own risks. One of which is lack of legal status.

The people who decide to bring the entire family are generally fleeing violence....the ones fleeing without their kids are fleeing economic issues for the most part...unless they don't have a family yet.
El Salvador remains poor, yet people aren't fleeing here on near the level of other countries in Central America. Guess why? The country is safer than the US now. It was previously one of the most violent and everyone was fleeing. Like I said you have never lived it...so it is easy to say just stay there and to hell with you or the kids being murdered...just deal with it.

That metaphor doesn't work. A better one would be should you ticket the baby in the car seat because the driver exceeded the speed limit?

Yours misses one point - illegal immigration is not a crime as the left continuously points out.
