10 shot in San Bernardino

Yep and it never says you are required to ask

It is illegal to do as you state can be done - that requires that you ask because there is no other way to determine if you're complying with the law. Please, you're embarrassing yourself now.

It is ridiculously easy to break that law and never be caught. No one asks

Gun control is constitutional

Exactly. The control being put upon the government by way of restricting the government's ability to infringe upon individual. Read the 2nd Amendment, Heller, and McDonald, and then give a glance at 18 USC Title 44.

I gave you links to all four for your convenience.

Scotus opinions are opinions and change all the time. Pass the law and let scotus decide

Many, most, ask. Go to a gun show and you'll see.

Now, if you're talking about criminals, no law has ever prevented a criminal from committing a criminal act. Laws are meant to define what constitutes a criminal act, and define the consequences for committing such a criminal act.

If you would like to support any statements you've made in this thread, I would be more than happy to politely debate the data in any link you provide, just as I have provided you with multiple links to substantiate my statements.

Thanks. Going on a hike now. Be back later. Would love to hear your plan

...WTF...? SCOTUS rulings are not opinion, they are the way the Constitution and the laws that Congress creates are interpreted and enforced as law by every court in this country - full stop. Wow. That post just jumped the shark.

You have stated numerous times that you would be happy to compare your plan to anyone else plan.

We are all still waiting with great anticipation for the plan that you are offering for comparison.

It's your thread, and it's your challenge, therefore it's your responsibility to put up your plan for comparison. not the other way around.

Enjoy your hike, and be safe.

Its a bait thread and he caught a bunch of us in his net.

Some of us didn't get caught, we just swam along beside the net to identify it for others.

He managed to get 163 posts and was called out for not having a plan in the first 5. lol

Where on planet earth is that plan currently working?

So there is a city in the US where they flooding the streets with law enforcement and national guard to stop crime and round up criminals? And you are saying locking up criminals with a mandatory minimum for stealing, rape and murder doesn't work?

And the incident didn't happen in Indiana, where you wouldn't have to violate the law to get a gun.

Thats the funny part. A state with draconian gun control laws has more murders and shootings than a state with lenient gun control laws. I guess that didn't occur to VG.

Chicago has always blamed somewhere else with less restrictions for crime in it's highly restricted environment.

Same with Bloomberg in NYC. All gun related crimes in NYC originate in Richmond. Semi's bring guns to Richmond, where they are off loaded into pickups for direct delivery to murderers in NYC. Yet Richmond murder rate is small compared to NYC and has decreased yearly over the past few years.

Happens so often now this is not even national news. In Europe this is all people would be talking about

Time for real gun control

Yep, CA lacks any 'real' gun control. Just another shootout in the hood - nobody seems to know who or how many may have been firing those shots or why. Police arrived after the shootout was over and are 'investigating'.

Naturally, no arrests were made.

So why doesn’t Indiana have the same kind of crime as Chicago?

That question has been asked 1000 times on this board and a million times nationally and we never get a sound answer because it absolutely bitch slaps the idiotic claims that places with less gun control have more crimes.

So why doesn’t Indiana have the same kind of crime as Chicago?

Why should the crime rate anywhere be what it is anywhere else? That is not even a rational nor realistic assumption.

Do you assume that all people act the same way even though they are different and live in different circumstances?

Eight were shot not ten and so far there has been some injuries but no deaths.

In Europe people get bombed and ran over and stabbed.
