The one single case in PNG according to a couple of Academic friends who work in PNG was an Austraian mine worker who had been in Spain, mid March.

After he recovered and flew back to Australia, the country closed borders and is now a 10 days away from ending a 2 week lockdown.

Good luck to them - they responded the correct way.
