“This is for Trayvon Martin.”
That’s what one of three black men told a white man as they approached him early Saturday in Washington before committing what police are saying may be a hate crime, according to Metropolitan Police Officer Anthony Clay.
The men kicked the man, who was not identified, as they took his iPhone and wallet, the officer said Sunday, according to CNN. The victim suffered minor injuries and refused medical treatment.
There have been no arrests, but police are investigating the incident as a hate crime, the officer said.

Appear is the right word. One story, one guy, only witness... he can say whatever he wants... to get on TV.
Ya... and they were holding pictures of Trayvon.... I think one had a Trayvon tattoo... and they were all dressed like crips... ya, that's what happened.
First you have to show me actual tension of the sort you're shoveling. Haven't seen it. Lots of white folks talkin' about it... but no videos, no arrests, no other witnesses...
First off I aint shoveling anything. I put up the story and as to what the Cops were saying. Also since the story was being reported over the news from the radio. Also you should have noted What I said about any of that stupid **** happening around here. Where I live. Read much? To be aware.....is to be alive.
Moreover.....what would you know about any of those tensions, to even know what could be shoveled. In the first place?
I read what matters. To think you make my list to read everything you write... not happening.

Their statements could be interpreted as meaning that they intend to give the stolen things to Trayvon Martin, but i don't know what use a dead person has for them.
It would actually make more sense to look at the supposed victim. For all we know he may have looked at the children in a racist tone of voice or, more likely, just made the whole thing up. You're all jumping to conclusions because you're racists who hate Obama. Unless this so called "victim" can prove his accusations there is no reason to treat this as anything but another white on black crime.

Absolutely.
If you've been following things you'd understand that when a white guy looks at a black kid there is an automatic presumption of hostile racial intent on the part of the white guy which justifies rushing him and smacking him in the mouth. The white guy is positively forbidden from retaliation and, instead, should apologize profusely while offering whatever valuables he has in his immediate possession as reparations for the centuries of abuse his race has wrought upon the child. It's called the "Trayvon Rule".
