Trump who? Conservative justices work to ignore just who the plaintiff is in the immunity case

If you listened to the arguments, it is apparent that the SCOTUS is leaning on the position that they cannot properly rule on this matter. I listened to the arguments, and Mr. Sauer gave compelling arguments why in some cases, an "official act" by the President to challenge the election results...

Trump who? Conservative justices work to ignore just who the plaintiff is in the immunity case

Heavens, I have no idea. I don't really know. I *think* that the prosecution has no case, so the Supreme Court should most likely defer to the lower courts on this matter.

Is it too soon for Trump to name a VP?

Yes - Satan. Exactly. That's exactly who Trump chose as his pick for V.P.

Is it too soon for Trump to name a VP?

Yes, it is too soon. Trump has already made his choice for V.P., and he has already disclosed that his pick should not be a shock to anyone. So his pick is obviously someone on the short list, which is already well known.

Trump who? Conservative justices work to ignore just who the plaintiff is in the immunity case

Mr. Sauer gave compelling arguments which favor Trump. He stumped the Supreme Court justices on numerous occasions. The prosecution must prove intent, and of course they cannot, because clearly, there was none. Dems have a tough nearly impossible row to hoe, but it will be interesting. The...

Another example of which party is better for labor (not that it isn't already clear)

Straw-man argument noted, and dismissed. 🙂 You still haven't stated which Party you think would be best for labor. The Communist Party?

Another example of which party is better for labor (not that it isn't already clear)

We've seen the horrors that are historically linked with communism. Libertarians believe in liberty and freedom. Apparently, this really rubs many people the wrong way for some inexplicable reason. I would think that people would love libertarianism. But some people prefer communism - -...

Gee, I wonder who built the roads before property taxes. . . . Maybe they just appeared out of nowhere. . . .

Another example of which party is better for labor (not that it isn't already clear)

That was a different thread. This thread is about which Party would be the most beneficial to Labor. I gave sensible reasons why labor would be most benefitted by the Libertarian Party. Clearly, you disagree, but have only offered straw-man arguments for your disagreement. silly questions...

Another example of which party is better for labor (not that it isn't already clear)

Nonsense. I never said (or even implied) that. That was a silly straw-man that you propped up. The relationship between the workers and their employers is between them. If the worker doesn't like the way the job (for whatever reason) then he or she should seek employment elsewhere...

The legal system just handed trump the perfect excuse not to testify.

It's good that you're taking steps to become more informed. I like that!

Another example of which party is better for labor (not that it isn't already clear)

The best Party for Labor is the Libertarian Party. The Libertarian Party holds that government should NOT have the power to tax the earnings of laborers, and that government should NOT have the power to tax the property of laborers. Laborers would do much better with libertarian leadership.

Have you heard about the "Libertarian Party" ?

I never said or claimed that the "majority of people in Jefferson's day owned slaves". Textbook straw-man. . . . Dismissed. Correct. LOL.

Have you heard about the "Libertarian Party" ?

Oh ok - your making reference to the fact that Jefferson had slaves. Yeah, he did, but that was the norm in those days. Jefferson still embraced the core libertarian (Lockean) beliefs on the individual's natural right to Life, Liberty and Property. You're Half right. Absolute freedom for...
