    Planned Parenthood

I already have, you just keep going in circles. See post 76. Your claim is that "Planned Parenthood has lost a layer of insulation from official inquiry" because of Dobbs. And you then say that layer of insulation is "access to federal courts." But not once do you explain in what scenarios you...

    Planned Parenthood

Yes, they do. You are the one claiming they don’t - so the burden is on you to explain exactly in what scenarios you think access was lost. If you are so sure you are right, that should be easy.

Is Drag Queening Womanface, akin to old school blackface?

No. The purpose of black face was to demean and dehumanize black people. It was about white people asserting what (they believed) to be superiority over black people. The purpose of drag has nothing to do with demeaning or dehumanizing women, nor is it about men asserting superiority over women...

Access to federal courts for what? Planned Parenthood still has the same access to federal courts it had as before, because the question to ask to determine if a federal court has jurisdiction is not "is abortion a constitutional right."

I dont agree with the Supreme Court, but they have a point...

None of this addresses your argument about Dobbs. As is clear, contrary to your previous post, Dobbs absolutely did not strip the federal government of authority with regard to abortion. Dobbs has nothing to do with the Tenth Amendment or the powers of the federal government vs. the state...

    Planned Parenthood

I've read the thread, and you are clearly missing the point. As I've said before, Planned Parenthood has not lost any "layer of insulation from official inquiry" as a result of Dobbs. What specific "layer of insulation" are you referring to that you believe has been lost? And what is the source...

Collins, Manchin suggest they were misled by Kavanaugh and Gorsuch on Roe v. Wade

Saying something is "settled precedent" does not imply you will uphold it. If I ask "will you uphold Roe v. Wade" and instead of saying "Yes, I will uphold Roe" you instead answer only "Roe is settled precendent" the strong inference is that you do not support Roe because you are refusing to say...

    Planned Parenthood

That is the exact premise I am challenging. Planned Parenthood has not lost any "layer of insulation from official inquiry" as a result of Dobbs. The holding in Dobbs relates to whether an individual has a right to an abortion, and the right to abortion did not itself create any layers of...

You are simply wrong about this. Dobbs absolutely did not strip the federal government of authority with regard to abortion. Dobbs has nothing to do with the Tenth Amendment or the powers of the federal government vs. the state government (nor did Roe, by the way). Dobbs was about whether there...

This is the sort of crap that pisses me off. "How to get hormones as a minor without your parents."

Do you go looking for random websites that piss you off? I mean you could probably find a website explaining how to make a gun for violent criminals no longer able to buy a gun. Would that piss you off too?

    Is gayness a birth defect?

The OP might as well be asking this:

    Planned Parenthood

The premise of this thread is that with abortion no longer a constitutional right, Planned Parenthood records will be easier to access to “compel access” to information about “cover ups.” For that premise to be true, there must be some case dependent on Roe that held certain medical records are...

I dont agree with the Supreme Court, but they have a point...

Who gets to decide? For the third time, the federal government - namely Congress - can also decide whether abortion is legal or not. Dobbs did not say that abortion laws are left exclusively to the states. That was not the holding of the court. Dobbs simply held that the answer to “who gets to...

    Planned Parenthood

Not quite. Dobbs said nothing about state vs. federal control. The federal government could enact a law banning/allowing abortion nationwide. Dobbs simply held that a woman does not have the individual right to an abortion at any stage of pregnancy.

What court ruling said that the right to an abortion meant that patient records could not be accessed? I think you are conflating the (former) right to an abortion with (still existing) medical privacy laws.
