John Kelly, Scott Pruitt, and the Epic Turnover of the Trump Administration

Citizen Kane is on TCM. Very close comparisons to Trump, esp. that Kane (William Randolph Hearst) just wanted love, but he had no love to give as he only loved himself.

John Kelly, Scott Pruitt, and the Epic Turnover of the Trump Administration

John Kelly, Scott Pruitt, and the Epic Turnover of the Trump Administration The New Yorker, 7/6/2018 I really liked the last paragraph. Regarding the question asked at the end, I guess the only reply is that at least he's not Hillary.

Arre Trump's lawyers right about trump's unlimited ability to pardon?

It's an absurd idea that the President would pardon himself. Thus, it won't pass legal muster. If it he tries, the first court will say no, and SCOTUS won't even take it up.

Trump's lawyers to Mueller in confidential letter: President can end probe, use pardon powers

He is a lot like the guy in San Diego who built a car looking like the starship enterpise who drove around events and always ran for mayor. His statements on policy made as much sense.

Trump's lawyers to Mueller in confidential letter: President can end probe, use pardon powers

Both, I think. I'll add that contracting yourself makes sense if along the 'on the other hand' premise. It's often not clear that's the thought process occurring in this case. In this case, we have the claim that he never said what we all saw him say. This is Trumping logic.

Trump's lawyers to Mueller in confidential letter: President can end probe, use pardon powers

That's a more plausible argument than claiming he never said it. He often contradicts himself in the same sentence.

Trump Not Above ***** Grabbing, He Is Above the Law

If Trump would declare executive privilege, like Obama did in that case, that would be a start.

POLL: Majority of Trump voters would support him even if he colluded with Russia

At the start, I asked Trump supporters, what if he took money from the Russian government. They said it was an absurd question.

Trump war against Mueller will make Dem midterm turnout soar

It's implied in the letter to Muellar leaked.

Trump Not Above ***** Grabbing, He Is Above the Law

I hadn't read the article previously. Valid comparison. There are always some differences.

Trump war against Mueller will make Dem midterm turnout soar

How about that Trump thinks he can pardon himself? That actually fits on a bumper stick.
