No the trade deal and loan were necessary just to keep the government running.

One could see the violent armed mob coming days before. He prepared a day ahead to leave and then he escaped with his life. His car was shot at as he tried to figure out where to go.

That is what Yanukovych campaigned on in 2010. Joining the EU. That is how he won the 2010 presidential election.

But when the time came to sign the agreement in Vilnius in 2013, Yanukovych obeyed Putin and refused.

Yanukovych then accepted a loan (bribe/corruption) from Putin, further cementing the role of Ukraine as a Russian vassal state.

No he won by getting all the votes in Eastern Ukraine and by a very low turn out in western Ukraine.

Bullshit. It was only far western Ukraine that did not support Yanukocych. And in the far east, Sumy did not support him

He needed eastern and central Ukriane and that is exactly where he won. No candidate could win by just capturing the easten votes.

Yep! They usually hand out Nobel Peace Prizes to People, who start proxy-wars and bloody coups. As far as I remember mr. Obama got His prize and then helped Ukrainian nationalists to launch a bloody war against Donbass, which later turned into full scale proxy war between collective West and Russia. .
Apparently Obama's plan was so successful that he got his prize even before the coup happened in 2014.
