I don't attend church. I'm a typical lefty.

Even though I don't go to church, Im not going to be a smart *** and vote based upon something ignorant like that.

IF I were to go to church, and my Pastor was saying some whack *** **** like "GOD DAMN AMERICA!" Or blaming all of our problems on the white/black/asian/hispanic/arab/muslim/jewish/catholic/protestant/rich/poor/gay/straight/liberal/conservative/democrat/republican/male/female/transexual/............. Okay I ran out of ideas.......community, then I would definately NOT want to hear anything he had to say, and WOULD NOT be returning. For I wouldn't want to start thinking that way, and neither would I want my children to grow up believing this bigoted garbage.

No, I would not, and I hardly think that any decent American would, eithor.

Depends on how it was done.

If the pastor damned the fact that the United States, formerly the shining city on the hill, beacon of liberty, champion of justice, human rights and the rule of law; was demeaning and soiling its own history and the blood of its patriots by resorting to such filthy tactics as torturing, locking people away in secret dungeons for years and years without even basic due process, and starting wars based on intentional deceit and misrepresentation which caused the deaths of scores of thousands and displaced millions of refugees .........

then yes, I would not only stay in the church, I would join the pastor in damning those things that have made me ashamed of my country.

Perspective, man. Would you still support a president of the United States that cursed the Constitution?

"It's just a damned piece of paper!"
