Sad reality is that having had a dad and a brother as president is the absolutely stoopidest idea to reject a candidate and living proof that progressives never bother to look beyond the latest White House talking point, which is already "old news"

I personally think we can do better than both bush and clinton families myself. Obama is simply Bush III and you are being duped.

Bush’s 537 vote triumph over Al Gore – were wrongly identified as convicted felons and purged from the voting rolls in Florida, according to the Brennan Center for Justice. African Americans, who favored Gore over Bush by 86 points, accounted for 11 percent of the state’s electorate but 41 percent of those purged.
In counties where the list was used, many voters with clean records found themselves barred from voting because they shared a name with a convict.
The commission found that poor counties with high minority populations were more likely than wealthier white ones to use inefficient voting systems which rejected a higher percentage of ballots.
Florida paid DBT $4.3 million over three years to help identify felons illegally registered to vote, replacing a company that had charged the state only $5,700 per year for this work. DBT was chosen because the giant database operator, which aids the FBI on manhunts, offered to verify the accuracy of the list using several of its 1,200 databases, including change-of-address and driver’s license records. DBT was also paid to verify the data by telephone calls, an arduous, costly, but necessary task where civil rights are involved.
State records show DBT was paid the millions to conduct the verification work. But, with the state’s permission, DBT skipped those costly cross-checks.
During the November 2000 presidential election in Florida, restrictive statutory provisions, wide-ranging errors and inadequate and unequal resources in the election process denied countless Floridians the right to vote. The disenfranchisement of Florida's voters fell most harshly on the shoulders of African Americans. Statewide, based upon county-level statistical estimates, African American voters were nearly ten times more likely than white voters to have their ballots rejected in Florida. On a statewide basis, while African Americans comprised about 11% of all voters in Florida in the November 2000 presidential election, African Americans cast about 54% of the ballots that were rejected in the election. Before and during the election state and county officials were aware of several key factors that ultimately contributed to the disenfranchisement of qualified voters.
I want it come to back as a large pile of indictments and a very long prison sentence. Like torture, this kind of thing will only stop if someone who would be considered untouchable pays, and pays dearly for it.

Thousands of voters, the vast majority of whom would have voted against his brother, were denied the right to vote in the 2000 presidential election by their governor. The evidence is clear. It's too late to do anything about 2000, but Jeb should be paying for his crime.

I hope that neither Bush or Clinton will be their respective parties nominee. The difference between the two is I think Clinton wouldn't be that bad, politically, for the Democrats whereas the next Bush would not be smart for the Republicans. Unless of course the GOP would like to talk about Iraq and Katrina and Iraq and financial meltdown and Iraq and incompetence every single day. For months.
Ms Clinton would not only run on her husbands accomplishments, but benefit from Bill stumping on her behalf. However it is difficult to imagine George W. having any kind of real presence on the campaign trail. Jeb would probably have to throw his brother completely under the bus eventually and hopefully driving the family in two camps before losing.
