Hello

My wife told me that a court in wisconsin. I presume the state supreme court has said that walkers attempt to block collective bargaining is unjustied.

Has anyone else back home heard this?

A judge, determined that the law in unconstitutional, how ever Walker is going to most likely appeal to a higher court.

Search on Google, you might find at least one story about it.

They announced it last night on the news the "courts" struck down much of Walkers collective bargaining ban . They did not mention which court but since this was a legislative bill pushed by Wailer it had to be the Wisc Supreme Court.

It was a state district court. Its already gone to the State Supreme Court once and found perfectly within the boudnaries of the State Constitution. They're appealing the decision and don't really see any "new revelations" in the case for the SSC to rule any different than they did the first time.
