The short takeaway

Food
Winner: UK food exporters to the EU who could see fewer checks
Loser: People who don't want the UK to follow EU rules, as there are strings attached

Fishing
Winner:
The EU - fishing vessels get 12 more years of access to UK waters
Loser: UK fishermen who wanted annual negotiations on fishing access

Youth Mobility
Winner:
Young people in the UK and EU who should - if this is confirmed - be able to work and study more freely between the two
Loser: Those who oppose an increase in net migration to the UK will point out that any mobility scheme could affect immigration figures, although this effect may be temporary

eGates
Winner:
British tourists may be able to use eGates at EU airports but we do not know which ones and from when
Loser: Those expecting to escape long queues this summer

Defence
Winner:
UK defence firms may get contracts from new EU rearmament fund
Loser: EU defence firms which hoped to get more of these revenues

A tricky path to walk but here, I feel the UK had done well. The important thing will be whether people feel any real material impact on their lives and wealth. If people feel the benefits, they will turn from the arsonists who are already naysaying the deal.
Importantly, the Conservatives failed to make Brexit work and Farage has never really explained what he would do differently - he just sat at the sidelines pouring scorn on anything he doesn't have his hands on.

The big loser in all of this is Farage, who now has to quickly find a reason to panic and explain how this deal will destroy Britain.

The OP seems like a fair summary. Starmer, unlike the electorate is ideologically opposed to rejoining. It's the best that can be hoped for for now. Despite Brexity wails of treason and betrayal, he seems to have accidentally done something right, as opposed to just moving there. The betrayal was Brexit.

I hope the eGates one comes to fruition. It was very annoying, as a former EU passport holder, on my way back from Germany a couple of weeks ago having to queue for half an hour in the non-EU passport line watching people with EU passports go straight through with no waiting at all. Thanks a bunch Brexiteers.

From what I read, it won' be universally applied. Ironically for all the talk of sovereignty - the decision to allow British users lies with each separate EU nation as their sovereign decision.

Thanks a bunch Brexiteers.

A lot of them would do it all again I'm afraid.

The betrayal was Brexit.

Absolutely. Those who promoted it should be forced to explain what they would have done and why Brexit hasn't delivered the "sunny uplands" promised.
