We all know FOX News, as well as the retards who watch it and believe its reporting, whoever they may be, lied about Smartmatic as well as Dominion.

What do you think folks? Will FOX beat the lawsuit? Will Smartmatic win? FOX is already the ONLY news organization to lose HUNDREDS of millions of dollars due to a single lie.

Will they get to the billion level?

I believe Smartmatic will win. Unfortunately, the loss won't be great enough to shut down that lying rag of a station for good....too bad for ol' Rupert, trumpdump doesn't like him anymore.😁😆

FOX is no different than the MSM you watch. I see you failed to mention the lies MSM told during the Biden administration. Do not throw stones in a glass house.

FOX has already settled with Dominion. From Forbes: Fox News (Dominion): Fox and Dominion settled Dominion’s defamation lawsuit against the network in April 2023 for $787.5 million
—right before the high-profile case was slated to go to trial.

Well, at least you're not denying that Fox completely fabricated their lies about Dominion. I guess Fox was so desperate to lend credibility to their stolen election lies, that they'd of said anything.

If not the Dominion Voting Systems vs Fox News Network settlement, what did you think the reference to them losing hundreds of millions of dollars over a lie was about?

I know, but what I mean is they'll land at a lower number than what Smartmatic is suing for. The question here is whether it is more or less than the Dominion settlement.

I don't see why the would take less than Dominion. Maybe they'll settle for the same amount.

In the aftermath of the Dominion/Fox settlement, Smartmatic has said they would NOT settle and wanted to go to trial.
That could just be tough talk by Smartmatic, but maybe Fox not wanting their "talent" exposed as liars in depositions emboldened Smartmatic.
It would be great to see Bartiromo. Hannity et al admitting to intentionally lying about the 2020 election.
On the other hand, Fox knows their viewers don't care if they lie.
I think a settlement will occur and Smartmatic will get a larger amount than Dominion.

I think the odds are against them winning, maybe if they had brought it close to when Dominion had their case settled. I just think there are too many mitigating factors out now.
 
1. I hope so. We need to set standards that News Organizations that lie and harm people pay for it. FOX and other grifter networks won't change until it costs them not to.

2. Without knowing anything of the particulars, my guess is FOX will offer a big chunk of money they will settle out of court. :-/
 
The autocrat likes faux for now, so I doubt that it will have to pay anything.
 
I voted yes, but I honestly don’t believe they’ll get that much as a settlement.
 
Smartmatic wants to go to trial and lay all their evidence out in court for all to see.

Faux settled with Dominion because they didn't want that to happen.

Faux is nothing more than the propaganda network for right wing powerbrokers
