1. How is wikileaks able to get info out of the CIA?
2. If CIA can hack electronic devices such as cell phones, how come they can't hack the Russians?

The documents detailing the CIA tools to hack were being circulated among former agents and contractors. One of them forwarded the Vault 7 documents to Wikileaks.

What makes you think they cannot? They very much can, and make it look like the Chinese did the hacking.

Who thought they couldn't hack many mobiles and some aspects of Russian activities? It would have been scary, if they couldn't and didn't. Nonetheless, it is becoming concerning that CIA material in this volume was hacked or fell victim to treachery. This is being used as a weapon against us and probably needs more done than life in prison for the individual enemies responsible.

I agree. Those parties within the CIA responsible for this violation against the American people should be marched into a gas chamber.

I don't think I will go there with you. I don't like capital punishment in a world, where humans make mistakes.
