Hay there :2wave: Your friendly neighborhood Evil Conservative Conspiracy Nut dropping in to give an update regarding the on-going creation of Lucifer's New World Order.....
Bush 'super-state' documents sought
FOIA request filed to expose plans for 'North American union.
© 2006 WorldNetDaily.com

Author Jerome Corsi filed a Freedom of Information Act request yesterday asking for full disclosure of the activities of an office implementing a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that apparently could lead to a North American union, despite having no authorization from Congress.

As WorldNetDaily reported, the White House has established working groups, under the North American Free Trade Agreement office in the Department of Commerce, to implement the Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, signed by President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005.......

Don't be alarmed, it will still be some time before the population is in a societal flux, necessary to bring in sweeping changes like this. First we'll need things like gay 'marriage to come into being so as to tear down our sense of "normalcy".

This is just a sign of the times.

Thought I'd drop a dime and give a link on how the White House is cooperating, if not leading the way, in the creation of the future North American Union.

Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America

Report to Leaders

June 2005

On March 23, 2005, you announced the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. At that time, you instructed Ministers to create an architecture which would further enhance the security of North America while at the same time promote the economic well-being of our citizens and position North America to face and meet future challenges. This effort builds on the excellent, long-standing relations among our three countries. The response to your request is attached.

In carrying out your instructions, we established working groups under both agendas of the Partnership - Security and Prosperity. We held roundtables with stakeholders, meetings with business groups and briefing sessions with legislatures, as well as with other relevant political jurisdictions. The result is a detailed series of actions and recommendations designed to increase the competitiveness of North America and the security of our people. While the Security and Prosperity agendas were developed by separate teams, we recognize that our economic well-being and our security are not two separate and distinct issues. In that spirit, we have worked together to ensure that the appropriate linkages are made between security and prosperity initiatives.

Upon your review and approval, we will once again meet with stakeholders and work with them to implement the workplans that we have developed. We will also encourage them to continue to provide us with new ideas and proposals which will help shape our forward agenda and our vision for North America......

"15 June 2006

North American Competitiveness Council Promotes Regional Growth
Regional officials also review progress on Security and Prosperity Partnership

Washington -- U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, Mexican Economy Minister Sergio Garcia de Alba and Canadian Minister of Industry Maxime Bernier joined North American business leaders to launch the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) June 15 in Washington.

In March, U.S. President Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexican President Vicente Fox announced the creation of the NACC as part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) initiative. The NACC officially was launched June 15 and will be made up of 10 high-level business leaders from each country, who will meet annually with senior North American government officials to provide recommendations and help set priorities for promoting regional competitiveness in the global economy.

At the NACC launch, Gutierrez welcomed the contributions of the North American private sector."

Cheap labor keeps them in office, it's as simple as that. Big companies contribute the most money to senators, lobby's, and presedential elections. So those who contribute the most to there individual cause will reap the benefits of throwing a bone or two to these contributors. It works really well. Trust me, it's very crooked and unfair, but until we find a way to cap it, forget-it.

Here's a decent article:
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=50981

WND can find no specific congressional legislation authorizing the SPP working groups nor any congressional committees taking charge of oversight.
Bush is the "decider."
[/Many SPP working groups appear to be working toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form. QUOTE]

[Gutierrez said the Bush administration is determined to develop a "border pass" on schedule despite worries about its implementation. The new land pass is to be in effect for Canadians, Americans and Mexicans by Jan. 1, 2008./QUOTE]
Sweet, this will make my life so much easier.

Are there any Bush supporters that like this neo-liberal agenda? Or does that even matter anymore?

'Mr. Thorkelson. Mr. Speaker, in order that the American people may have a clearer understanding of those who over a period of years have been undermining this Republic, in order to return it to the British Empire, I have inserted in the Record a number of articles to prove this point. These articles are entitled “Steps Toward British Union, a World State, andInternational Strife.” This is part I, and in this I include a hope expressed by Mr. Andrew Carnegie, in his book entitled “Triumphant Democracy.” In this he expresses himself in this manner:

'Let men say what they will, I say that as surely as the sun in the heavens once shone upon Britain and America united, so surely is it one morning to rise, to shine upon, the greet again the reunited states–the British-American Union."

I see all these other threads about 9/11 conspiracy theories…..don’t they realize why it was made to happen? The real conspiracy here is that all of these different conspiracies are the same conspiracy.

The polarized views on abortion: Personal freedom at the cost of innocent life -vs- Big-Bro control over your person in the name of protecting that life; The polarized views on Gay ‘marriage: "Rights" that lead to the dismantling of social order -vs- conformity leading to state oppression…….these are all divide and conquer social tactics meant to keep us from being a united people.

Divide and conquer.

You are a ****ing nutcase. I'd like to see you try to get people to believe this stuff. Hopefully it goes over better than the time I argued about 9/11 conspiracies with TOT and co. You'll notice how I'm not arguing about that stuff today because... the people we place behind these conspiracies have no clear motive and that's the largest lack of proof.

I was only refering to a likely North American Union. I don't see Britain or Israel being part of that as neither of them share a border with the U.S. At the time that that speech was made in Congress, capital and it's interests were beginning to move from London to New york, just as it had moved 200 years prior from Amsterdam to London. Additionally, many zionists were gaining a foothold with western governments in securing support for a Jewish state.

The end of the 2nd link doesn't really make much sense to me. The pyramids are proof of Jesus' return on Sept. 17, 2001, and a re-birth of civilization?

Heh, how appropriate, your 666th post was placed in a conspiracy thread.......

I'm just presenting the info. People are free to make up their own minds.

To be honest I don't quite understand that pyramid thing either. I sourced that site for is Congressional records, not really for the pyramid.

Here's another article, a little more in-depth: http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?print=yes&id=15954

Here's what he says about the U.S. delegation:
The Council of the Americas provided the more detail regarding the June 15, 2006 meeting of the NACC than was found on U.S. government websites. A NACC membership list found on the Council of the Americas’ website lists the U.S. members as coming form the following corporations (listed in alphabetic order): Campbell Soup Company, Chevron, Ford, FedEx, General Electric, General Motors, Kansas City Southern Industries, Lockheed Martin Corporation; Merck; Mittal Steel USA; New York Life; United Parcel Service; Wal-Mart; and Whirlpool.
A White House website shows photographs of President Bush, Mexico President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper at their March 31 joint news conference in Cancun, Mexico, shaking hands in front of a backdrop proclaiming “Cancun 2006. Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.” Increasingly, the three leaders are referring to the SPP as if the Waco, Texas press release announcement of March 23, 2005 constitutes an official new treaty-like trilateral status, advancing the trilateral partnership forward into a more institutional phase that can be termed at a minimum “NAFTA-Plus.”
No approval by Congress?
The DOC's SPP website announcing the formation of NACC provides no information as to the membership requirements, the selection process, or the terms of the members appointed to the NACC. Nor is there any discussion of who pays for the travel expenses and the time of the participants. We find no charter published for the NACC, or any other specific delineation of roles and responsibilities, or reporting authority (except for a mention of the “SPP Ministers”). Equally lacking is a description of the enabling legislation or treaty under which the NACC operates.

Chips with Medical Records to be Implanted in 280 Patients

NEW YORK (AP)—In a new test program, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey plans to implant patients suffering from chronic diseases with a microchip that will give emergency room staff access to their medical information and help avoid costly or serious medical errors, the insurer said on Friday.
Horizon plans to announce on Monday that it is teaming up with Hackensack University Medical Center in a pilot program where 280 patients regularly treated at the hospital will be implanted with a chip containing a code. The chip would allow emergency room personnel to retrieve a patient's medical record if the individual can't communicate.

Proposal to Implant Tracking Chips in Immigrants
Scott Silverman, Chairman of the Board of VeriChip Corporation, has proposed implanting the company's RFID tracking tags in immigrant and guest workers. He made the statement on national television on May 16.
State Would Outlaw Mandatory Microchip Implants

RFID microchips implanted in humans? Who would think of such a thing? Here are a few examples:
*VeriChip RFID Tag Patient Implant Badges Now FDA Approved
*U.S. Company Implants Chips in Workers
*RFID Tags Proposed to Halt Blackmarket Cadaver Trade

You're not even safe from being 'chipped when you're dead.

But you'll be safe in Wisconsin, if State Representative Marlin Schneider, D-Wisconsin Rapids, gets his bill passed. A proposal moving through the Wisconsin Legislature would prohibit anyone from requiring people to have the tiny RFID chips embedded in them or doing so without their knowledge. Violators would face fines of up to $10,000.

An investigation into illegal sale and distribution of cadavers and body parts at the University of California, Los Angeles, has lead to recommendations that include implanting cadavers and individual body parts with RFID tags.

Update on the SPP and NACC: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=51132
The U.S. Department of Commerce appears to be stonewalling a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain complete disclosure of a congressionally unauthorized plan to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that apparently could lead to a North American union.

Corsi believes the department is stonewalling the FOIA request.

"The Bush administration does not want the American public to know how far along the creation of a new regional government, the North American union, is proceeding behind closed doors," Corsi said. "President Bush is acting as if he believes the U.S. Constitution is nothing more than a meaningless piece of paper. The American public have a right to know what the executive branch is doing with SPP and the FOIA request was designed to get that information released."

Attorney McGuire was equally firm.

"We thought we might encounter some recalcitrance," he explained to WND, "but I am frankly shocked that we had received no response at all. The department acknowledged its receipt of our request on June 19. The requirements of the Freedom of Information Act are quite clear: The government is allowed to respond to a FOIA request in many ways, but the complete failure to respond within 20 business days is simply not an option."

Bush can go down in history for helping to destroy the U.S., but the Sean Hannitys, and others will still defend and adore him.:censored

Among the initial discoveries, said Corsi, is the existence of an internal Intranet website that never has been revealed to Congress or the public.

"This private internal website," he claims, "undoubtedly contains a wealth of documentation that the FOIA request has so far intentionally excluded."

Corsi told WND the documents reveal hundreds of internal meetings, memoranda of understanding and other referenced agreements that have not been disclosed.

"We have here the beginnings of a whitewash," he said, "in which SPP evidently thinks the public will be hoodwinked by a 'Myths vs. Facts' document posted for public relations purposes on their public website."

Among the documents is an organizational chart accompanied by a listing of trilateral Mexican, Canadian and U.S. administrative officers who report on multiple cabinet level "working groups."

The government watchdog Judicial Watch announced today it has received some of the same documents, including the organizational chart, which can be seen in this pdf file, on page seven.

"There is no specific authorization for this massive administrative-branch integration with Mexico and Canada other than what amounts to a press conference jointly issued by President Bush, Mexico's President Vicente Fox, and Canada's then-Prime Minister Paul Martin on March 23, 2005, at the end of their summit in Waco, Texas," Corsi said.

Corsi added that even the "Myth vs. Facts" blurb on the SPP.gov website admits the SPP is neither a treaty nor a law.

"The Bush administration is trying to create the infrastructure of a new regional North American government in stealth fashion, under the radar and out of public view," Corsi claims. "Where is Congress, asleep at the wheel?"

The SPP organizational chart Corsi obtained shows 13 working groups covering a wide range of public policy issues, including Manufactured Goods; Energy, Food & Agriculture; Rules of Origin' Health; E-Commerce; Transportation; Environment; Financial Services; Business Facilitation; External Threats to North America; Streamlined & Secured Shared Borders; and Prevention/Response within North America.

Your thread should have read:-(Why the US electorate permit our politicians to allow illegal immigration.)

And theobvious answer to that is, the majority of the electorate have no idea as to whom they should vote for, which is why this country will eventually (not to ditant future) become a Dictatorship in all but name.

I would guess it could be called the Peoples dictatorship of the US.

Either it doesn't matter who is voted in because they are all "compelled" to follow a given path (Kennedy defied that "path" and they killed him for it), or only those who have sworn to too follow that path will ever become candidates to begin with.

OK....so lets just imagine the world 100 yrs from now:

Option 1) Everyone continues to play the "Nation Game" and mistrust/hate those around them leading to continued warfare and economic hardship.

Option 2) People begin to understand there is benefit to cooperation on a worldwide scale.

There is only one planet people....either we eventually work together....or we die.

Pity the NWO isn't being formed by a global people coming together, but a cabal of corporations dividing up the market.

Social Security Agreement With Mexico Released After 3 1/2 Year Freedom of Information Act Battle

WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --

After numerous refusals over three and a half years, the Social Security Administration (SSA) has released the first known public copy of the U.S.-Mexico Social Security Totalization Agreement. The government was forced to make the disclosure in response to lawsuits filed under the Freedom of Information Act by TREA Senior Citizens League, a 1.2 million-member nonpartisan seniors advocacy group.

The Totalization Agreement could allow millions of illegal Mexican workers to draw billions of dollars from the U.S. Social Security Trust Fund.

U.S. Says Mexico Truck Program on Track

May 8 09:48 PM US/Eastern
By LISA J. ADAMS
Associated Press Writer

MEXICO CITY (AP) - A pilot program to allow Mexican trucks into all areas of the United States should be in place by July, a top U.S. trade official said Tuesday.
Access to the U.S. by Mexican trucks has been delayed for years by safety and environmental concerns and resistance from U.S. truckers.

"To my mind Mexico has lived up to its responsibility" in addressing safety concerns raised by the U.S. Congress, said Franklin L. Lavin, undersecretary for international trade for the U.S. "We fully intend to go ahead with liberalization in July. So we're on track."

Lavin spoke to U.S. business leaders at a luncheon sponsored by the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico City.

The administration of U.S. President George W. Bush has announced a one-year pilot program for Mexican trucks to enter the U.S. But an April launch was delayed for additional public comment under pressure from the U.S. Congress.

A lawsuit was filed in a federal court last month to block the project by the Teamsters Union, The Sierra Club, Public Citizen and the Environmental Law Foundation, citing safety and environmental concerns. Of major concern is whether Mexican trucks, often older than U.S. cargo vehicles, will be able to meet rigorous U.S. safety standards.

"Some in the U.S. have legitimate concerns and others are coming from a more nationalistic bent," Lavin told journalists after the luncheon.

In other matters, Lavin said Mexico's high crime rates may have an impact on U.S. investment "on the margins," but said that it should be far outweighed by the "positive news," including Mexico's continued economic growth and acceptance of U.S. products.

"I'm pretty optimistic about continued U.S. corporate participation in the Mexican economy," he said

New Haven alderman set to approval ID cards for illegal immigrants

(New Haven-AP) _ New Haven's aldermen are expected to approve city issued identification cards for illegal immigrants.
The Board Of Aldermen is to vote today on the program that is being touted as the first of its kind program in the country.

New Haven wants to create a municipal identification card. Supporters say the ID would help assimilate immigrants and provide benefits to other residents who may not have official IDs.

The card would be recognized as official identification within city limits, allowing illegal immigrants to open bank accounts.

The card also would provide all holders access to city services, from parks to libraries, and function as a type of limited debit card.

There is opposition from groups opposing illegal immigration.
Ted Pechinski, a member of Southern Connecticut Citizens for Immigration Reform, says the ID cards will encourage more illegals to come to New Haven

Illegal immigration is allowed purely for big businesses advantage. It give more profit for businesses since they think us citizens are becoming too expensive. There is the idea of cheap labor. Big businesses fund lobbyists which in turn controls congress and the presidency. There are lots of lawyers that will also gain lots of money. In essence its all about money.

What does Scripture have to say about a unified North America? They hadn't discovered it yet when the book was written, so it probably isn't much...

The notion that the authors of the books of the bible thought that the earth was flat is wishful thinking. It was the Catholic Church who tried to enforce that, but once you realize that the books of the bible were written before the founding of the church it is easy to see the flaw in such a common misconception.

In short, scripture tells us that the world is headed to a one world government. The North American Union will be one of the ten municipal jurisdictions of the one world government.

I never said anything about a flat earth. Around 200 A.D., when the finalized version was made, no one had discovered N.A. from Europe, since good ol' Leif Erikson was 800 years away.

In short, scripture tells us that the world is headed to a one world government. The North American Union will be one of the ten municipal jurisdictions of the one world government.

Where did you read that? And what are the other nine? I need to start planning which one I will take over, as it will become the assured leader of all and the perfect arena for the rebirth of holy Satan.

What do you plan to do when this happens? Move to Latin America to start the rapturist movement? Or maybe Jerusalem, like in Left Behind? We can be rivals. It'll be fun.
