It is simple whether it is about immigrants or about a crime, in this country you are due the right to a trial or a hearing to find out if you are a legal immigrant according to our laws or whether you are innocent or guilty in the case of a crime. It is certainly against our laws and our constitution for the government or leader to make such a decision without the due process guaranteed by both our laws and our constitution.

Without due process, the Constitution could be changed arbitrarily by whomever is in power.
Rule by fiat aka executive order.

I, DJT, do declare that SCOTUS is fired.
I, DJT, do declare that the state religion of the USA is now catholicism. Everyone must convert. All other houses of worship are to be destroyed.
I, DJT, do declare that Fort Know is now my personal property.

See the importance now?
