Trump and the RW media keep trying to pretend that the issue is his supposed gang membership being a reason to have him deported and imprisoned. It isn't the issue. The Supreme Court has ruled people cannot be deported without due process. That's the issue.....all of them including him are entitled to due process under the law...then deport them. Why can't Trumpers get that through their heads?

Yes, but all that is irrelevant to my post, which simply points out the photo has aspects that are labelled...not photoshopped.

Now, if someone can introduce evidence that he doesn't have an image of a recreational herb on his first knuckle, I'll be willing to reconsider. But I don't see where the claim is that he has a literal "M" on that digit.

His membership in MS-13 may not be the issue as you say. But some are very keen to deny it as being possible at all. They apparently don't like the idea of admitting that yes he may be associated with MS-13, but that isn't relevant to the case.
