Well, my 2 cents ...
There is plenty of evidence even if we don't have them on tape saying the N-word

So no actual proof, counts as proof these days...? fine.
So where is the proof that you aren't a racist?

Oh I am so glad he could supply proof for such.... oh wait, he didn't supply anything substantial, nothing at all actually. The most this can count for is an Ex-employee who is now talking up because he sees a chance to be relevant and make some money on the side.
Go figure.
So having no proof is still to be considered proof it seems.

Really hate to be the one to inform you of this, but that is what makes it an opinion and nothing more.

Maybe all or almost all of us are racists. We have different ways of dealing with it, expressing it, and different degrees of it, but some of it most of us have.
I would agree to an ingrained, or learned bias towards certain races.
Racist seems too much of a overt application for such a thing that everyone has a piece of.
It's what the word means.

Let me rephrase: I would take it better to say that you have a preference for certain races over others, instead of an distinct hatred for one based solely on their race alone.
There are different degrees of racism, obviously. "Hatred" isn't a necessary component for racism to infect social mores and policies. "Soft" racism abounds in America.
Can someone be a bigot without being a racist? If so, what is the difference?
