Why did Scott Bessent have to rescue the market 3 times over the last 2 weeks because of Trumps tariff chaos and still have to kiss his ass?

No he does not.. but he has religiously stuck to his "gambler" script for .. well 3 weeks? How long has it been since "liberation from our retirement funds day?"

I wondered in the early days of the Trump administration why Bessent sounded like a bumbling idiot every time he was interviewed. I've realized it was because he couldn't support nor explain anything Trump was doing that was hurting the economy. Apparently he was steering it in the right direction behind the scenes.

I saw Bessent today on the Sunday news shows. He still can't explain Trump's tariff plans.
WASHINGTON, April 27 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Sunday did not back President Donald Trump's assertion that tariff talks with China were under way and said he did not know if the U.S. president had talked to Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Yes, I saw him as well. I agree with you that his ability to respond to interviews hasn't improved. He is definitely a finance guy and not a politician. He shouldn't be in front of a camera.
