I guess Germany because since more as 1000 years two countries only fight each other.
Even with USA Russia was once an ally, and with Baltic countries a folk

Similar to Ukraine and Georgia. Any nation that doesn't want to exist under the Russian boot is an "enemy".

The truth is without Putin Russia would have been broken in thirty parts, 90% of population got killed by 'democrats' and all its commodities and industry would own by NWO and Rothshild

The 'victims' had industry, were the first in the USSR and enjoyed the highest prosperity level among another republics.
Today these three 'states' are depopulated beggars depended on handouts from EU, Scandinavian and Finland, the entirely industry is gone.

Only sprats are their main own export product

Out of interest, why are the three escapees from the Russian boot doing better in the education rankings than Mother Russia? The only downside is that there is a high incidence of bullying reported in Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian schools.
There are still plenty of Russian nationals in those schools aren't there? Wonder how well those three countries would do if the Russians chose to integrate and become naturalised citizens rather than Russian stooges?

Germany and Russia have often been allies.
