What's funny is that listening to some liberals the GOP has become a far right wing party where the fringe on the extreme have taken over
you also apparently want RBG to be replaced by another Kagan
Maybe another souter?
It's pretty true. Look at the senate. Show me one republican compromise of recent years.
two under qualified quota picks for justices were not filibustered
I would say Obama, but not by much sadly. The GOP has gone to the extreme right, don't let the Romney nomination hide that fact. The republican brass is against this movement very much because they know that view can't win elections but the tea party movement has shifted the line. So now Obama who is a centrist in my view is considered a socialist by them.
The extreme right and left do the most yapping, make the most accusations, are the most intolerant and frame the debate most politicians have to deal with. The average person just shuts it all off and votes for a party. No wonder politicians are either out of touch or afraid to take a stand.
In general, conservative means keeping the status quo, and liberal means one who supports progressive change.
I do think Obama is more liberal than Romney, but that doesn't mean I support Romney.
I want Republicans to win the midterms in 2014. I want the GOP nominee in 2016 to be someone much more conservative than Romney.
Ironically, a second Obama term would provide the best odds of a conservative win in 2016.
Listening to some of these conservatives, they think romney is a liberal to the left of obama.
And if candidate please specify month as well.Which Romney are we talking about, Governor Romney or candidate Romney?
Obama
What exactly makes Romney "liberal" in the American sense?
